Very excellent hotel!! The owner, Hannah is really generous , attentive and helpful. We stayed for 5 days with happiness.Hotel is very clean and central in the city. Very easy to access anywhere from hotel. Not too far from night market. We rented the bike from hotel. It was so convenient for everything. The front staff, Duyen is very lovely and helpful too. Recommended for anyone whowantst to stay in Dalat.

Exceptionally helpful staff and excellent location. Quite close to the city center, but not close enough that the hubbub of the night market disturbs you. Rooms are simple and clean, definitely value for money

The hotel was quiet from within and very close to the city centre. The room was very clean overall. The staff tried to respond to everything we had questions about.

It mentions laundry service among the facilities but it was not available.

The hotel lobby is open, clean and inviting and similar to many of the other nice hotels. The receptionist spoke some English and the manager spoke excellent English. We were offered an upgraded room without asking, which was larger. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. It had a queen bed, enclosed shower, toilet and sink. A built in wardrobe to hang clothes with multiple shelves and drawers to store your things, a small table with stools and a make up table and mirror. Although the rooms were not newly updated or luxurious, they were comfortable and a good value. The outstanding part of our stay was the helpfulness of the staff and manager. They will go out of their way to assist you and give you advice on restaurants, sightseeing or whatever you need. We felt that this made our stay in Da Lat much more enjoyable.

As newer hotels enter the market, these smaller, older hotels will have to renovate to stay current. We feel that more attention to updating interiors will be a positive influence on making this good hotel better.

The location of the establishment is ideal. It is close to Xuân Hương Lake and Da Lat market.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom so I had to open the window, and some mosquitoes got into the room.

Staff friendly and nice

The staffs and the hotel manager were so nice and cute! They helped to find us a transportation to the airport. They were so kind and helpful! Best Service in Vietnam:) thank you!!

Great location, even though you are right next to a school. So During the week, some noise beginning at 7.45 am. EAsy to walk to many restaurants/food stalls in the area.

I would be good to emptyt the (small) garbage cans, clean under the bed, that sort of thing.

Receptionists/staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Five star service.

Rooms have no air con which may be an issue for some seasons. Bathroom shampoo dispenser was broken in our room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and location perfect! We were even able to check-in earlier as the room was ready. I couldn't recommend more any visitor to book a room in this hotel.
