The location and the amenities are exceptional. Everything is unexpectedly supplied, including some detergent for the washing machine.

The sink and the cupboard are too high for an average Asian. There were a lot of mosquitoes.

May Studio is good, highly recommended!

It was studio apartment with balcony. All the room appliances were new and in good working condition. Bathroom fittings are good quality. Room was spacious. Room and hotel was clean.

1. There is a glass window at high elevation between the room and bathroom. For bathroom lights are on, it adds too much light in the room through the glass window, which is disturbing during sleep time. 2. In bath room, there is only one switch common for exhaust fan and light. In night doors and windows are to be closed to avoid insects and mosquitoes coming in. In this situation there is no ventilation for the room if bath room exhaust fan is off. But if exhaust fan is kept on, the light is also on due to same switch, and it brightens the bedroom too much. 3. The cloth hanger rod is at too much height. It is inconvenient to use them for a normal person. 4. Hotel owner/manager have not applied their common sense, and never bothered to understand from user point of view. Nor they are interested to listen or understand for improvement. I called lady manager to come to room so that I can explain problems like above, but she did not come. She did not call also to know my point. 5. Lady manager will come only some time. In the day time reception was mostly vacant. So there is no one for any query, help or information. One girl who runs the shop in the adjacent room comes when called, but she does not understand English, so of no use.

This is the 1-star hotel that acts like a 3-star getaway from home. Nothing but impressed at the value for money, location and facilities of this little property. It is essentially a full-service apartment where you can cook, iron, and have plenty of space. Bed is comfortable too. Great little convenience store on the ground floor next to the reception, so handy! (Wish more hotels did this).

We stayed on the top floor which was fine, except for the placement of the top of the stairs just outside the elevator. I'm very surprised none has yet come out of the elevator and gone tumbling down the stairs, but i guess that's just the quality of building in Vietnam. Nearly impossible to find the owner/manager if there was no check-in/check-out scheduled as she was only in the reception at those times.

Nice receptionist who doubled as cashier at the convenience store. Beer was refrigerated and cold!!

I didn’t really like the area at all, but maybe I’m getting old. Nothing really bad about the property, although price was a little high.

The room was very comfortable, with its own kitchen and facilities for cooking and ironing. Bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. WIFI was excellent, and having their own convenience store downstairs was great for picking up water bottles during our stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby and catching local taxis on the street was easy, as GRAB doesn't work so well here.

Floor was dusty on arrival, and the property didn't clean the room between nights unless we asked them. Most of the time, no one was around from the property to ask for assistance, as it seems the owner/manager would only be on duty during expected arrivals and discharges from the rooms. Even though our room was towards the back of the property, noise from Dalat's streets was fairly loud, but luckily most traffic calmed down after 11pm, albeit with the occasional super-loud horn blasting from a bus. (NOTE: This review and our long term travel made possible by my HEX cryptocurrency "certificate of deposit" stakes).

The location is perfect, has smart tv. wifi is good.

No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The receptionist asked us to checkout before 12 because there were people needs to checkin. I would give them 3 stars still.

Roomy, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location for walking the center city, plenty of light. comfortable table and couch for lounging and working. At Christmas the Don Bosco church across the street has a fabulous display, in 2021 a maritime theme with boats and with Jesus in a hammock wearing a life jacket.

When I did the booking it said it accepts Visa/Mastercard Credit cards. When we arrived they said they have to retain our passports for the duration of our stay. I refused to comply with this ridiculous request, especially as I secured my booking with my Credit Card and also being a Genius member. The receptionist then insisted if we want to keep our passports, we need to pay in full for our stay. I had no issue with that (sic) and gave her my Mastercard. She then informed me that they don't accept Credit Cards/Machine is not working (quite convenient...didn't see a card machine anywhere !) Room/Studio nicely appointed with appliances etc. When I went to have a shower I noticed the hand held shower hose was damaged. I also noticed while showering that the extractor fan cover above the shower was filthy (black with dirt and grime). I reported these issues and the hope was replaced quite efficiently however No attempt was made to clean the extractor fan. We rented a motorbike (Airblade) from the establishment. It turned out to be an extremely "tired/over-used - not maintained properly) bike. It made terrible sounds every now and then as if it had a used bearing issue. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

Very nice and clean apartment, has everything that is needed to feel comfortable. Would definitely come back again.
