The staffs is extremely helpful and pleasant

It would be great if rooms comes with safety box to keep important things and a microwave for longer stays.

Excellent stay and organisation. Room clean and solid. The staff answered to my questions quickly even on Facebook. Good standards, close to the market/lake/centre, so you can walk around town from the hotel with no need of taxi or motorbike. Breakfast was mixed buffet, included in the room price, mostly asian plus some let's say international food, it was good enough to me, but surely western customers (those who don't want to dive in vientamese food experience) would appreciate some sweet pastries or so(if you ask they have milk and cornflakes usually, ther offered it to us and also would cook eggs for you). You can park your motorbike if you're driving. Would stay again.
