High end, accurate description, conveniently located by river run, property was an upside surprise, kitchenware/pots etc all high-end.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located property. It was perfect for our two-family party of nine.

property was well kept , comfortable and offers a lot of space for families. Hot tub was ready to go when we arrived. Everything worked , and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very convenient.

Love this house. Everything about it was great. House has a modern design and is well appointed. Very convenient short walk for keystone and short drive to all other summit county ski resorts. House was clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Edge. It is a very well designed home in every way. The layout worked perfectly for our family including our 15 months old grandson. The kitchen/living area/dining room combo is very large and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed for many cooks in the space without getting in each others way. Considering how close the home is to River Run Village, it still felt like we had a great deal of privacy, and the views from every room were stupendous. Everyone, especially the skiers in the group, liked the convenience of being able to walk to the village so there was not the hassle of having to load up the car and/or find parking. We definitely hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Our family has rented many homes all over summit county for family ski trips. This place tops them all. Location was excellent and the house was a 15 out of 10!!!

We had an amazing time at The Edge! The beds were so comfortable, the house was magnificent and the skiers in our group loved the quick walk over to Keystone Resort! We never had to worry about parking because the house is so close (if it was any closer to the slopes we would be on them)! This place is a must rent! We will be back!

I'm not really one for writing reviews but hopefully I can save someone from having to go through the same experience with these folks. Blaming visitors for maintenance issues and keeping their money to pay for maintenance issues is unprofessional and dishonest. I will also say that the property itself is beautiful. Like other reviews have noted, The open floor plan and large kitchen were amazing. The Edge property has a water leak problem. When we arrived to the home the first night, the floor in the basement room was slightly damp but with the excitement of checking out the house and heading out to eat we did not think too much about it at the time. After the shower/bathroom in that room got used several times, we noticed that our bags on the floor and the carpet were wet. We made a call into the office (which said they were closed, during business hours) and left a voicemail with the emergency option provided. No return call. The following day we made 2 more calls (office also closed during business hours) before anyone got back to us mid day. Most of our time during the trip was spent on the mountain skiing. The water issue, while kind of annoying, wasn't enough to ruin our trip. The problem was with the owner of the home and management calling us liars and treating us as if we were to blame for the water problem. I really am shocked at how it's being handled. The fact that they are keeping a very large deposit is crazy. I had a great time on the trip. My friends and family with us did as well. It was my son's first time skiing and by the end of the trip we had him skiing Wild Irishman and Go Devil. Even with the water problem, I could easily give 5 stars. But the way we were treated on the backend by Julie with 5 Diamond and the homeowner was very unprofessional. There are so many options for accommodations in the area. I highly recommend not taking the chance with 5 Diamond Lodging. I can't attach them here, but I will make a post on 5 Diamond google review and attach some pictures and screenshots.

We loved staying at this home. Best views in Keystone period! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We were able to walk to River Run Village and enjoy all the restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking but when we did, the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. This house has everything!

We spent my wife's 40th at The Edge and did not want to leave. We cooked meals every night. Amazing kitchen! There are so many places to sit and hang out it was awesome. The bedrooms have their own private bathroom so each couple had privacy. It felt like a 5 star hotel! We will be back!

This home is impeccable! Beautifully appointed and everything you could ask for. Breathtaking view of the mountain, gorgeous furnishings, comfortable beds, and amazing kitchen. Great place to hang out and relax in front of the fire, or cook a meal with friends or family. Lots of space for a large group, walking distance to the gondola, and so comfortable. Just can't say enough!

First off the house is STUNNING! I mean you have views right of Keystone right there and and the landscaping is simply impeccable. When I first stepped in I felt instantly at home. It's so nice to come into a mountain home that is MODERN! I have stayed at so many places in Summit County that you just feel overwhelmed with mountain bears and wood. It has a LOT of room and you are able to have a lot of private space with everything being so spread out. I only wish we were there during ski season so that we could walk to the slopes cause they are LITERALLY right next to you. I can't wait to come back one day! FABULOUS!

My wife and I have stayed in homes all over the country, and this home by far, was the most impressive property we have encountered. The ability to take modern elements and design characteristics and fold them into the mountain surroundings without sticking out like a sour thumb was what was so striking. My family will be returning to this slopeside gem very soon!
