The property was clean.

The location is pretty good, lot of restaurants and lot of options just downstairs which is really nice. The vibe is really great.
There is no dedicated parking so you've to find parking and that road is pretty busy so sometimes you've to park really far away or go back at night to park in front of the hotel. Other than that, it's pretty good. I'll stay again. I think if hotel staff can dedicate a parking space especially for guests with "cones" that'd be really good and much easier for guests.

i Islamabad and Rawalpindi area this one is the best choise for comfort with all facilities and environment all brands and foods hub are near buy with only 100m walking distance nd i always preferred to stay here

Good location. Always responded to any queries abruptly.
The washroom flushes didn't work properly. On request, they called a plumber to fix within 3 hours but one still kept troubling throughout the night. There was left over food garbage under the sink cabinet that was not cleaned and was smelling.

The location was great, only issue was parking. It's a bit far from Islamabad.
The apartment is very nicely designed, with a modern touch. Overall good value for money.
There is no power backup which is a big issue. In addition there is no view from the windows, if you are claustrophobic then this might be an issue.

Cleanliness and facilities
Charged for extra mattress although my booking stated the number of family members.
No manual lock on main door.
No power backup, had several half hour outages, but there was no power backup.

Comfort, location
The bell boy/ keeper named Anoork should be sacked from his job as he does not know the word hospitality.
He is rude, pathetic and should not be working at your hotel

Nice clean appartment
A bathroom definitely needs upgrade especially shower. Also I arrived at 02:30 am for check in and there was no one available at the property. I had to go to other building for reception which is about 500 meter away.

It’s close to Defence Villas in Bahrain Town (we were attending a wedding there). Its also located right in middle of a commercial area so lots of restaurants and shops. Nandos, Green Valley etc
They were extremely understaffed. They said free breakfast but there was none because the guy making breakfast was not available? They couldn’t give us an extra key because the IT department was on holiday for Eid. it might be better if they don’t have rooms on Eid because they can’t manage. We had water pressure and heat issues but there was someone there to resolve that.
