Excellent value for money - compared to the 5-star hotels nearby. Nice room, decent WiFi. Exceptional staff who make you feel at home. The room is good. The food from the restaurant is great.

Maybe a bit noisy, But no major issue.

Some things could do with updating and proper coffee machine instead of instant wood be good.

There was a smell coming in the galaries and lift. That could have been easily controlled but seems all staff was used it it and could not smell it.

I liked the location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere of it. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The managers at the front desk were very friendly, nice, and cooperative. The buffet breakfast was very good. Keep it up. I will stay in this hotel again whenever I get a chance to visit Islamabad.

1)The complementary fruit basket needs a little generosity to impress the guests. 2)The electric kettle was not of a good quality, and its handle became so hot (as the water reached boiling point ) that it was impossible to hold it.
