The location was good. The cleanliness was good but needs improvement. The area was secure. The people working there were friendly and cooperative. They made us welcome even though we arrived late at night.
The breakfast needs to be improved (for example, buying a simple filter coffee machine would cost not too much). A little maintenance of the facilities could be better. A single blanket was not big enough for a couple.

They gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room. Deluxe room was very nice.

The staff at Reina was quite helpful and forthcoming. Saad and his team made sure our stay was comfortable. They tended to all our requests cheerfully and promptly.
The owners really need to tend to the upkeep of the place. One of the bedroom's door had a huge gap underneath, leaving easy access for insects etc. Though the staff members helped us cover it and offered us another room but in the other room bathroom's sink was leaking and around midnight there was water dripping from the AC.

There wasn't anything likeable.
The pics are deceptive. The property had extremely bad odour. The rooms had an unwashed mattress. The duvet was dirty with deep black stains all over. Felt disgusted. The bathroom had extremely salty tap water, good enough to burn your skin. The muslim shower didn't work and I had to request for toilet tissues as well. No one inquired for room service even. There were frequent electric breakdowns on which they didn't turn on the generator, I had to request multiple times. I left my stay mid way because of all this.
