Lovely break at Seaview with the weather improving each day. We visited the harbour most days and enjoyed some lovely lunches out and about. The apartment had everything we and Bella our dog needed, she loved the orchard and we loved relaxing on the patio. Would love to return. Thank you very much Anne & Graham 😊

A lovely cottage with stunning views to the sea and the town, easy walking distance to everything, the cottage has everything you need for your stay, its so cosy and we felt relaxed as soon as we got there. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. Our dog absolutely loved the gardens to run around. A little gem of a place if you want to explore North Devon. Thank you.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. The hosts were very helpful, and friendly, definately a place to go back too, it's like home from home.

Lovelly property well positioned for exploring Ilfracombe, Lovelly owners and bus stops handy if you want to get around via busses, day rider tickets are quite reasonable.

Perfect location with fabulous patio and garden to relax in. Property has well stocked kitchen and inviting interior decor. Super helpful owners on site and garage avail for car.

Grahame and Anne were the perfect hosts checked to make sure all was okay when we arrived and were on hand if we needed them. The patio is a delight and our two dogs had a great time in the little apple orchard which is secure and attached to the patio. I would recommend using the garage they offer as parking is limited. This apartment has a great location with shops bars and restaurants a small walk away, sandy beaches a small ride away, great for our furry friends. Thanks Grahame and Anne, we look forward to coming back Tracy , Grahame, Scrappy and Crumble

Excellent little cottage, very clean and set out well, ideal location for walking into the town and beaches etc

This was our second stay at the property and it didn't disappoint, again. We were lucky enough to have very hot weather and spent a lot of time outside. The orchard and patio are the perfect spots to just sit and enjoy the amazing view. The recently planted wild flower garden is beautiful. Inside, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. A short but steep walk takes you to the harbour, where there's great places to eat and drink, and coast path walks. Another great time was had, and we certainly didn't want to come home!

We were looking for a comfortable, well equipped place to stay with somewhere to sit outside for drinks & this apartment met all requirements perfectly. The accommodation was clean and certainly comfortable and we'll equipped and the patio was better than anything we expected - it was terrific to sit & have a drink looking at the views and watching the sunset. It was helpful to have the use of the garage, under 5 minutes walk from the apartment, secure & cheaper than local car parks. Thanks to Graham and Anne for use of their property and we will certainly look to stay again when we visit Ilfracombe.

The flat itself is clean, attractive, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The garage available to rent up a nearby lane, makes parking easy and worry-free. The owners Graham and Anne were extremely helpful, in advance of our stay and during, and were lovely to chat with. They even provided a laptop desk so I could do some work, after I had explained I would be doing some WFH during our holiday. Wi-Fi was very good. The location is ideal for the town centre shops and restaurants/cafes, and for lovely hilly walks around the town, harbour, and coastal areas. Both the flat and the town are dog-friendly. But what really makes this property so very special is the terrace and orchard, with amazing views over Ilfracombe and down to the harbour. The space you have to relax and enjoy is amazing, with so many options for where to sit and what view to appreciate next. We have stayed in many MANY UK holiday properties, and this outside space is beyond unique, a real oasis in the middle of the town. I don't think the pictures fully capture how truly lovely the expansive terrace and orchard are. We only ventured to Ilfracombe because of our friends' wedding, as we have several 'favourite' seaside places we usually visit. But we now definitely plan to visit Ilfracombe in the future, to stay in this wonderful flat again and enjoy 'our' terrace and orchard!

Great stay for my husband & I and our cocker spaniel Cody. The cottage was cozy and the outside area and view exceeded our expectations. It was lovely to sit and contemplate with a glass of something after spending the day exploring. We would recommend Woolacombe beach and Marwood Hill Garden for day visits. Also The Dolphin Fish & Chip Restaurant, The Hip & Pistol and The George & Dragon pub in Ilfracombe all welcomed dogs and were fab. We had a lovely holiday, Anne & Graham were great hosts thank you.
