The location is pretty convenient. The reception smells good. Parking is available.

One keycard policy is inconvenient for the guests, I can't find hospitality in refusing to have an extra key. Rooms are smelly, dusty, and poorly maintained. We found cockroaches inside the room in half of the days of our stay. Kitchen utensils and glasses were stained and dirty. Water kettle was dated and the filter was extremely dirty. Carpets and sofas are stained, painting is peeling off. Housekeeping and maintanance is needed urgently. The service is average to poor, mechanical, not acknowledging the guest.

Better breakfast options would improve the Hotel. The room was very good but electric plug positions could be improved.

On the webpage it is said that the hotel offers baby beds for a free of charge. We requested one ahead of time but there was not one in our room once we arrived. We kept asking for a baby bed many times after arriving. Every time we got a different reply. First they said they will bring us one, then they said they don’t have baby beds and finally they said the one they have is at someone else’s use. We never got one. We asked to get free breakfasts as compensation which we did. Our delivery breakfast was however always cold. The room was not clean enough. Seems like the carpet had never been washed. Found two dead cockroaches from our room, as well as two alive ones. The air conditioning machine in one of our rooms was very dusty, which made breathing rather uncomfortable, and not to mention a fire hazard it causes.

Когда в номере мы нашли тараканов - нас переселили в улучшенный (там их не было, только их трупы😂). Ресторан на 6-м этаже с очень вкусной кухней.

Грязно, уборка поверхностная, черные волосы повсюду (причем в обоих номерах, где мы жили). Сами по себе это изношенные номера, на фото на раз до лучше чем на самом деле. Отвратительные запахи в номерах, особенно в ванной.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very well equipped in the kitchen. Nice design, with lots of windows from floor to ceiling Comfortable bedroom. Relatively good sound proof. Beautiful view of the city (we were on the 17th floor). Great value for money in term of space and comfort.

The location was not so great for us, but I realized only at the end of our stay that they have a shuttle that take you to the metro every hour (nobody told us this info...). The phone in our room did not work so I had to go down to reception to ask for something. So Internet didnt work but we could easily connect to another room's network. Hair dryer didnt work, and it took very long to get another one, although they were trying their best and being nice. At the reception, some staff didnt speak super good English, so booking the ride to the airport wsa complicated, even though they advertise it everywhere. At the end it worked out, and the transport service was great and worth it.
