Cleanliness, friendly staff, great choice of food, Metro is 5 min walk away, modern , they pay attention to everything, absolutely everything, everything outside is covered with cameras, peaceful neighborhood , silent ... etc etc

Tram station infront of the hotel which takes you to Prague. Big delicious buffet breakfast. Great smelling hand and body wash. Staff are very friendly and help full. Easy location to get to when you travelling by car

The hotel said it provides parking. Booking.com failed to mention that the parking has to be paid for.The parking itself is not too expensive and the staff was very kind to let me leave my car in the parking lot after we checked out. Which meant we could go explore the city without out needing to worry about finding a place to leave my car.

The facility is new and clean. The bes was really comfy, one of the most comfy bed I have sleep in. The breakfast was also nice, a lot of choices. Also the location is good, msybe little far away but you have metro station right in front of the hotel.

When I booked the Hotel I especially asked for 2 single beds bc i was traveling with my best friend and when we got there we got room with one king bed which made me really annoyed so I complaned right away. At first they told me they are booked and after they noticed that im getting really mad they said aha we have one last room avaible with 2 single beda and they gave us that room. If I didnt have my angry face they will leave us in that room. The second thing that was actually dissapointing was when we asked for taxi the day when we were leaving, we said taxi to the main train station but please be sure we can pay with card bc we sont have any czk cash with us. The girl working on the reception was like yeah sure, 8:10 main train station and CARD. The taxi driver was on time,everyrhing great but when we get to our destination the driver was like I dont take card only cash. He said no one told me that you want to pay with card, he showed us the message from the hotel and they have wrote cash 🙄 so we were looking for ATM which we didnt have a lot of time bc our bus were leaving, the ATM on the station didnt work so my friend had to ride with the driver around so that they find other ATM so that we can pay. It was really awful experiance especialy when you say something specific. SO IN MY EXPERIANCE THIS HOTEL IS OKEY BUT THEY DIDN'T TAKE SPECIFIC THINGS SERIOUSLY WHICH MAKE THIS BUSINESS SUCCESS. ✌️

Spacious room, clean, secure.

There is nothing around or at the hotel to eat if you came after 9 PM, except for vending machines.

they charged us the tax fees twice even though we had already paid everything before our arrival.
