We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!

The property is really well equipped for people who plan to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) and is literally a 5 min walk from the beach. Couple of nice restaurants around the corner (but do not forget that you are in south beach….) and the host recommandations were great. Quick communication with him also. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that the elevator is next to the appartment. The noise ain’t that bad but you can definitely hear it. Overall great spot, would definitely return. Thank you !

This was a great place to stay, close enough to everything but just off the beaten path so also nice and quiet. The host was very flexible, accommodating and had great communication.

The place was smaller than we thought. Also the description made us think there were 3 beds but one was a pull out couch and the other was an air mattress. Barely any room for it either. Other than that place was pretty nice and easy to access

We were in South Beach for a month and could not have had a better experience. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the beach. We did not need a car.
And our host, Alexis, was awesome, and deserves 10 stars.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely condo.

Great location, very safe and quiet, just what we needed for a family vacation. Very close to the night life and the beach. Feels like Italy, had everything what we needed. Comfortable beds, slept good. Loved the heated pool and the garden. Would recommend and would come again. The Miami Beach is just a dream and the paved walkway goes along the beach. Loved it.

The owner was very helpful and responsive! I loved the location and accessibility. It was the perfect rental for a short get away. Very cute and convenient! I highly recommend this condo! It was clean and in a great location and it even had beach chairs, umbrella and everything for the short walk to the beach! Great restaurants nearby! And any questions I had were answered quickly and were always helpful!

What a great little place to stay for our honeymoon! Nice and quiet. Planned the trip earlier enough to beat the spring break rush. Would definitely come back and stay again and everything was within walking distance! Alexis was so nice and accommodating! Thank you again 😄

The property is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minute walk to the busy areas of South Beach so couldn't be better situated. Unfortunately the apartment is right next to the lift, this is very noisy and often woke us up at night. There was plenty of space for us and the property was nice and clean.

Felt like a local staying at this great SoFi condo. Bike rental 2 blocks away, beach 4-5 blocks away. And don’t miss out out on Cortadito coffees at La Playa market. All of Alex’s recommends were great.

My partner and I stayed in the Art Deco district for 3 days and then moved to this unit for 4 days. What a contrast! This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and yet it’s only 2 blocks away from the beautiful beach.
The unit has everything you need for fun in the sun but at the end of the day you return to the quiet of a neighborhood versus a tourist area. Loved it!

This spot was so cozy and had everything you need to make your own meals. It's walking distance to the beach and they provided beach chairs, towels, and a big umbrella! We have no complaints! The host was great and quick to respond too! I would rent again!

Enjoyed the area, comfortable accommodation close to everything, but far enough away to rest. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were awesome for the beach which was a short walk to and absolutely wonderful. Citi bikes on the same street and the trolley a block away. Stayed with my daughter while she danced at Miami City Ballet. Great location, easy to access public transportation! Everything we needed to relax at the beach was provided. The property is lovely and felt very safe. Communication with the owner was easy and all of the information provided about local things to see and do was super helpful. Looking forward to renting from Alexis again, maybe in Mexico next time :)

Fantastic little apartment in a great building with lovely gardens and pool. Apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need. Fabulous location in the peaceful south of 5th. Close to beach, small market nearby and numerous cafés. We loved it!

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Alexis’s property. The best thing about it was the location. It was walkable to all of the happening things in Miami Beach, but also far enough away from the noise for a safe and restful evening.
The check in process was seamless and instructions were clear.
Although we enjoyed the property, it could be improved with some deep cleaning around the bathroom faucet, an upgrade to the sofa bed (it was not comfortable), and a double check on the linens. There was no fitted sheet for the sofa bed, and no pillowcases for the two spare pillows in the closet, so we went to Target and bought our own. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay and we were happy to come back to the apartment after each fun filled day.
Alexis also helped us get parking passes which was a very easy process.

The only thing that we somewhat complained about that the elevator was near the bedroom. That is not Alexis's fault. He responded very quickly from our text about something. Overwise, Great Place for a vacation.
