Only the staff were polite. Other than that it’s a third class resort in every way.
Poor facilities, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, awkward bathroom and fittings are damaged, toilet seat is not fixed and loose. The neighbor guests were annoying, the pool is pathetic.

Staff service and Breakfast was really nice
Location is very far from Thekkady (45 min drive) . We didn’t feel that we are in a luxury resort as they mentioned. Rooms are really below average and not well managed

OVERALL IS NICE. THE FOOD IS NICE ESPECIALLY FISH CURRY.
ONLY ONE THING IS VERY FAR FROM THE CITY IN BOOKING.COM SAID IS 1KM FROM THE CITY BUT IS AROUND 30KM FROM THE CITY.

The quality of Rooms, the staff were not at all friendly.
The food was lower than average.
The extra bed for kid was was too hard like a log of wood. Can't sleep for sure.

Very strong “smell” of moisture in the room. Staff had troubles to understand English. Lack of windows in the room. Power outage several times a day. Wrong hotel location on booking.com which made our stay more complicated.

The breakfast was amazing! It was very tasty and different varieties of food were there. I loved the location, lots of greenery was there. The service was great, the staff was really sweet and provided us with anything we needed.
The beds could have been more comfortable. It was difficult to sleep.

The location is good. However, far off from the city.
No value for money. They call it Presidential Suite to a single room unit charging us a bomb whereby not providing refrigerator in d room, no hot water in shower, having miniature bed instead of king size bed, no intercom. We simply had to cancel our booking for d next day considering all d above points. Not recommended at all considering the price they charge.
