Sehr gut gemanagtes Hotel, sehr hilfsbereit; vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, Rührei etc. wird auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet; vor allem für junge Leute sehr empfehlenswert: Billard, Tischfußball, Musik, Happy Hour; dabei ruhig gelegen.

The breakfast was better than expected, other than the coffee. Coffee was awful. Big buffet with eggs ti order and PEANUT BUTTER. Its somewhat close to old town area but at least a 10 minute walk to anything substantial.

The beds and rooms in general were well below average. Reminds you of summer camp. Which in turn attracts the loud and obnoxious young travelers who like yo have full on conversations in the room before 8am. The staff arent very friendly and the check in and check out process lacks a lot of personality and ‘above and beyond’ service that makes a big difference. The bathrooms were bad as well and for some reason there is open space in all the bathrooms on all floors that goes into the rooms so you can hear everything that goes on in the bathrooms while in your bed.

Great location and has nice staff. Also breakfast was good ;)

Auberge de jeunesse très bien placée, à quelques minutes du cœur agité de Hoi An, dans une rue calme (avec un karaoké malgré tout, mais les chambres sont bien isolées). Nous avions réservé une chambre individuelle pour 2 personnes, très confortable. Très bonne ambiance routarde, bon petit-déjeuner en buffet et service de lessive/location de vélo avec de bons tarifs.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist top und die Stimmung im Haus ist gut. Touren, Transfers können dort gebucht werden

Расположение- удобно найти; река с «движем» в 5-10 мин; классный включённый завтрак; в комнате кондиционер, удобные кровати, чистое, хорошее постельное белье; душевые- просторно, горячая вода, крючки; несколько кабинок, туалеты чистые, очередей никуда нет, расходные материалы в наличии; по моему, берут депозит за ключ и полотенце

Все таки есть проблема с сыростью и плесенью; на длительный срок я бы не остановилась( я практически нигде долго не задерживаюсь😜)

As camas são confortáveis, possuem cortinas e tomadas, os funcionários são super educados e prestativos! O café da manhã é incrível! O melhor café da manhã que eu já comi em um hostel!

Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico e podem ser bem barulhentos! Meu quarto ficava ao lado do banheiro, então escutávamos tudo.. pessoas escovando os dentes, assoando o nariz, conversas no corredor…. O AC estava ligado mas não funcionava direito, então o quarto era quente..

Nice property, clean and they known you by name! Located very well.

Bunk bed was making noise. You could not use a small lock for the the storage under the bed. Room was quite small. Bathroom didn’t have any hanging hooks at the sink.

Hôtel très bien placé, dans une ruelle calme, proche de l'arrivée du bus venant de Hue. La chambre est très grande, la salle de bain propre.

Fantastic hostel, the best all you can eat breakfast you’ll ever find in a hostel. The beds were super comfy and the staff were by far some of the friendliest I’ve met in my travels.

I've stayed in quite a few hostels in Vietnam over the past 12 years and this is one of the best -- modern, always clean, and with a large and comfortable common area (rare in Vietnam). It's on a quiet side street, just 5 min walking to the heart of the Old Town, and the free buffet breakfast is a strong point - eggs made to order and plenty of sides to choose from. Beds and baths are excellent, the staff is first rate, and lots of guests booked tours or rented scooters and seemed very happy with their choice.

very nice and helpfull staff! They are very welcoming and want to help and recommend everything for you for a nice stay in Hoi An. I was staying in a private room and it really was nice. I hope to come here one day again

The shower didn’t drain well but that’s the least of our problems

I had private room with own bathroom and l enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly upon welcome and helped me carry bags upstairs. Don't underestimate the smaller frame of Vietnamese women, they are strong!! They offered insight to activities and tours available. I liked that they had a TV in the private room as well as a small bar fridge. The food and drinks there were decently priced and the food was delicious! They have pool/snooker tables out the front for those who want to kick back with a game or use that to meet new people. Breakfast was included and while very basic, it saves having to go looking for breakfast when you have a busy day ahead. Quiet area that's still walking distance to everything.

No lift. Just Stairs which are somewhat awkward to climb when carry larger bags/suitcase.

Good location. Good size room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice.

Outdated room, mold in bathroom. 1 sachet of shower gel per day. Loud cleaners shouting outside from early morning. Room door key didn’t work sometimes for the door as the cleaner got her key stuck in whilst cleaning so we couldn’t access our room, somebody then came to fix it but also didn’t work. Quite pushy receptionist.

Lovely staff and size of the bed was excellent. Healthy breakfast.

it was really good stay ... nice location.. nice breakfast... everything was neat and clean ..... and each and every thing was perfect .. will do visit again.. whenever in am in hoi an ... thankyou back home for the pleasant stay

Buffet

The staff was lovely and super helpful. My private room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, on a quiet side street, but still walking distance to all the main attractions.

The hostel could be more social, but that could have also been because I stayed in a private room.

The space is neat and extremely clean. Water pressure is good in the shower. There are proper tables and chairs with outlet in the common area the lobby, perfect if you also work remotely. The wifi works well.

There was a construction noise from next door but it was outside of the hotel's control. The staff was very polite and apologized about it. Not the hotel's fault.

Wish it would have been easier to book transportation through the hostel. They can't get you any bus/train tickets to Da Nang, only private taxi drivers which isn't great if you're on a budget.

Very good location. Delicious breakfast. They will cook eggs to your liking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bunks with curtains. They even remembered my name.

Shampoo in the showers would be a nice addition.

You can rent bikes easily and the staff team are really friendly. Happy hour free drink is a nice touch The bathrooms were always being cleaned
