Das schöne Hotel liegt ruhig und ein wenig abseits der Aldstadt von Hoi An an guter Lage.
Man kann zu Fuss (ca. 10min.) bis zum Beginn/Eingang der Altstadt laufen.
Der Check in verlief super und war sehr persönlich & informativ. Man erhält viel Infos über die Gegend und mögliche Aktivitäten. Der Welcome Drink ist sehr lecker! :)
Frau Anne (Rezeptionistin) und auch alle anderen Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war gross und schön gestaltet mit auch kleinen Details. Das Bett war bequem.
Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte täglich ein wenig Abwechslung. Vor allem der Lemon Ice Tea und die Bananen-Pancake waren hammer :) Man konnte friedlich auf der Aussen-Terrasse frühstücken.
Von der Dachterrasse mit Pool hat man einen tollen Rundumblick und kann schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.
Der Wäscheservice verlief super und schnell.
Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Velos an, um die Gegend zu erkunden, sind aber einfach ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ;)
Alles in allem war es super und kann ich sehr empfehlen bei einem Aufenthalt in Hoi An!
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt völlig!
Das Zimmer war eher ringhörig und man hörte die Nachbarn zum Teil sehr gut.

Excellent service! The staff were very helpful, friendly and considerate. We received a very warm welcome, with Lyn giving us a detailed sharing of the activities we could do, and a map of the popular shops in the Old Town.
The location of the hotel was also great, within walking distance of the Old Town where the core activities were located.
We also enjoyed the daily hotel breakfast, with great food coupled along with the local salted/coconut coffee.

The staff were lovely, they sat you down in restaurant next door to lobby with a cooling cup of tea to check you in. They introduce you to hotel facilities and the local area and ask about your plans to recommend different tourist attractions. Location was short walk to ancient town and the had free bikes. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious.
Hotel laundry was expensive and the
pool was small.

Ms. Daisy welcomed us and told us all kinds of recommendations (food, tailor, etc.) and drew them on a map for us. She was always very helpful and made sure that we‘re having a great stay. The room was very nice, it even had a balcony. Also breakfast was really good, there were not too many options but they varied and offered enough for everyone. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage there (our pick up to the airport was scheduled at 6pm) and they let us use the rooftop pool and the public shower on the top floor. (Everything was very clean!) Location is okay, it‘s about a 15 minute walk to the center.
All in all it was a great hotel for a very good price!

The hotel is very clean, the amenities were in good condition, very comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast had good options, and the swimming pool looks good also. Staff was helpful and willing to arrange all the tours needed. Free bikes to round for Hoi An city were excellent, especially with seats for 2 people.

The property is located very close to the heart of Hoi an. The staff were extremely helpful especially Hannah. It helps to get a local SIM card. If you are staying here definitely recommend Morning Glory for lunch/Dinner. It can get very hot during the day so avoid outdoor activities as much as possible.

Fantastic boutique hotel 10 mints walk from old town but tucked away in a quiet corner of a street . The staff were very courteous and helpful - very invested in making you feel comfortable . The buffet breakfast had a varied selection that was great quality and taste . The rooms are well appointed with beautiful brass fixtures ( even in the bathroom drain 😀)
I stayed there for 4 nights and will definitely come

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savy. The staff were amazing especially Hannah and Lin who went above and beyond to make us feel special from the welcoming check-in and throughout the stay. The breakfast was great. We had different options every day which included Vietnamese, Continental and English, plus they had an egg chef. We enjoyed the pool happy hour from 2.00pm until 4.30pm when it was too hot to be in the town. There were not lots of pool beds but there were always enough when we were there. The free bikes were good and there seemed plenty available. It was about a 15 minute walk into the Old Town or 5 minutes on the bikes. We liked our room and the view. Overall the vibe in the hotel was relaxed and the staff made us feel valued, important and cared for.
The corridors and lifts were always hot. The sunny side of the building could have had window shades to prevent this.

My family and I had a great stay at the The Cozy. We booked for 3 nights. A beautiful boutique style hotel. Very clean rooms with lots of space and very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great range of both Asian and Western options. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool of the hinterland and sunsets. Also great to have bikes available to use. Very easy access to town with a 5 min walk getting you to the Old town area. We had a great stay here and highly recommend for travellers looking for a place just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town area but close enough to walk everywhere! Thank you to staff member Ling also who was a great help with places to visit etc. All the staff were fantastic and very welcoming!

The attention of the staff has been amazing, Zoe took her time to explain us things about Hoi An, what to do, how to bargain, where to eat... And that was very helpful. All the staff takes good care of the guests, always looking after you and facilitating things.
Having complimentary bikes was nice!
The breakfast is the best that we've had in the whole Vietnam, delightful! Buffet with lots of variety and very tasty food.
Nothing negative to say, everything was perfect!

A big shout out to Daisy (Phuong) who welcomed us and provided us excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nos alojamos 4 noches en este hotel, esta lo suficientemente cerca del centro de Hoi An como para ir paseando pero sin el barullo molesto que encuentras allí.
La comida del hotel está genial calidad precio, la piscina es genial y el Spa es de lo mejor, repetí varias veces porque la relajación que sientes… tienen un tratamiento que dura 3 horas y se me pasaron como si fueran 30 minutos!
Especial mencion a Vi que nos ayudó infinitamente con las reserva de un transporte y tooooda la información que nos dio de Hoi An.
Ojalá volver pronto!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders Hannah hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben.
Das Zimmer war schön, bequem und sauber.
Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber in Gehdistanz. Fahrräder können kostenlos gemietet werden.
Frühstück war lecker, allerdings gab es wenige vegetarische Optionen.

Das Personal war suuuuuper freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten gleich zu Beginn sehr sehr viele wertvolle Tipps. Die Einrichtung war super komfortabel. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell. Vollkornbrot, Haferflocken und Nussmilch habe ich bisher nirgends gesehen. Jeden Tag gab es andere Leckereien. Für dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es einfach wahnsinnig gut! Ringsherum standen überall diese riesigen 5 Sterne Hotel Bunker. Dieses kleine Hotel ist wesentlich besser!

Absolutamente todo! El hotel está muy cuidado en cuanto a la decoración. La zona de la piscina no es muy grande pero es perfecta para refrescarte y tiene bonitas vistas!
El personal es muy servicial, estan pendiente de todo y te ayudan con lo que sea!
Contratamos todos los transfers a través del hotel, el precio es bastante interesante y resulta muy cómodo porque lo gestionan todo ellos. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con uno de los xofers y nos devolvieron una parte de lo que habíamos pagado!
Nos hicimos cada día masaje/tratamiento en el SPA, la atención y el servicio fueron perfectos!
El restaurante del hotel también propone platos tipicos que están buenísimos!
El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez cerca del centro.
Tenemos claro que si algún dia volvemos a Hoi An, volveremos a este hotel!!

Everything about our stay was excellent! From the beautiful rooms and interior to the extensive breakfast and the helpful and friendly staff who always greeted us with our names whenever they saw us and provided us with the best recommendations! We were welcomed with the most delicious welcome drink and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would definitely recommend and come back!
The only minor suggestion would be that the water in our shower could have been a little bit warmer.

The room was very clean and spacious, with beautiful views across the river. The breakfast was good, with fresh eggs available to order. The swimming pool was lovely and had panoramic views of the town and river.
