Rooms were big and spacious Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good Reception staff and bell boys helpful and super friendly Shuttle service to Old Town centre and beach fabulous

Dinner is ordered only once on my arrival. I was roo tired to go out. Tasteless

The interior style and the facilities at the pool. Many sun beds etc. The spa and the breakfast were good as well. Overall our experience is very good.

Only the shower, it was not practical. You had to take the stairs to get into the bath to take a shower. Maybe it’s better to have a walk in shower. It could be slippy. Especially with kids. Besides that, the hotel is perfect if you wanna rest a little bit, relax and swim.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hatten eine sehr nette Zeit im Hotel. Würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Bisschen weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Doch Grab ist günstig und das Hotel stellt Fahrräder gratis zur verfügung.

Our whole experience at Anio Boutique Hotel was amazing. Expect the rooms and facilities to have everything you need, a bit modern but still with a Vietnamese touch. The hosts (especially Hannah Ngo) were super helpful with everything from telling us where to go, to helping with stuff in the hotel/taxi/… The breakfast is super extensive: fresh eggs, Vietnamese food, bacon, beans etc and bread. The location is right in between the (old) centre of Hoi An and the beach. 10 min bike ride to the centre and 15 min to the beach.

Pros: Nice staff, nice pool, good food. Staff was definitely the highlight of the place as they were nice, friendly and welcoming. Especially Vi who checked us in and gave us a short explanation of the map to familiarise us with the vicinity as well as run through activities and attractions in Hoi An. The breakfast spread was good with an egg station allowing us to enjoy fresh eggs any way we liked. We had the omelette. Breakfast pho broth was delicious, much better than outside and the restaurant food was good too. Vietnamese coffee was a tad sweet. Pool area looked nice but we didn't get to use it because of the rain.

Cons: Lack of warm water, old furniture, thin walls, stains Bathroom: Could be because of the rainy season but our hot water ran out after 15 minutes and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the water to heat up again. Thankfully the bathroom was clean and the bathtub was good. Comfortable to lie in without slipping. So we resorted to collecting warm water in the tub (which only filled about halfway) for us to ration our warm water supply to ensure we had enough to rinse off. We got drenched from the rain most days so would have been nice to be able to enjoy a warm shower without worrying about the warm water supply. Room: Our room was dimly lit with old furniture so it was a bit difficult to feel comfortable or cosy in the room. There were also random paint fingerprints left on our bathroom door. The walls were also thin so we could hear our neighbours up, down, and next door and couldn't really get a good night's rest. Entrance: It happened to be monsoon season during our visit, and we noticed that Grab drivers tend to stop along the street instead of right at the hotel entrance even in heavy rains. Perhaps the hotel could look into building a sheltered walk-way to prevent guests and staff from getting drenched.
