اولا : الموقع ، كل شي توصله بالاقدام والتعامل راقي وذوق
حجم الغرفه صغير جددددا ، مغسله اليدين مفصوله عن الحمام وجنب اله القهوة وهالشي مو مريح ولا حتى نظيف ، وبجنب المغسلة علاق للملابس واسفله درجين فقط وهذا بديل الدولاب فماترتاح ملابسك في الشنطه مافي مكان ترتبها فبه والعلاق مكشوف اساسا ، يعني هالعلاق معتبريه دولاب ملابس والشنط سادة الطريق لان الغرفه اساسا صغيره الغرفه استلمناها ارضيتها غير نظيفه وفيها بقايا شعر ، وباب الحمام زجاجي ومن الاسفل متسخ جدا وبكره تنظفت الغرفه ونفس الشي لان التنظيف مجرد رمي للزباله وترتيب مفارش
ماتوفر غلاية في الغرفتين اللي حجزنا
واللي كتبوا يوجد شطاف ، يقصدون داخل المرحاض،. فعليا ماحسيت إني يكنت 5 نجوم أبدا ، والصور الخارجيه في بوكنج مو للاوتيل فقط هم مجموعه اوتيلات مع بعض ، فلا تبهرون من الحجم .

游泳池真的很大很美，待一整天都沒問題！還可以看日落，很美！
Booking上面特地用浴缸房型篩選，這間五星飯店明明房型顯示浴缸圖案，因此挑了這間住兩晚，結果飯店說整棟是舊翻新，所以都沒浴缸，連家庭房也也沒浴缸，泳池也沒大澡堂，想泡個熱水澡，舒緩腿部，都沒辦法！
一二樓都是停車場，走路的客人，拖著行李要走很大的坡道上二樓才有電梯能到三樓大廳，標示不明確，這也有其他人留言此問題，這間只有泳池很漂亮的優點！

It's more suggestions. Add free water bottles in the rooms. Almost all the hotels I stayed in offer that. One hotel even goes as far as giving the first items in the mini bar for free. Robe was small for me.

Staff (Yenny & Siew Ming)were friendly and efficient. Seamless check-in & check out. Early check-in & room upgrade given. Stay was made more special with a complimentary Brownie personally delivered to our room, for our wedding anniversary. Very heartwarming. This is the 2nd time we are staying in your hotel. Will return and have recommended to friends.
The rooftop pool had no shade from the blazing sun. But we managed to make good use of the shared pool with Village Hotel. There were more choices previously, for the 5 complimentary snacks. The choices are now limited.

Great access to Singapore with the free hotel bus. Easy to get around Sentosa with the free Sentosa busses. Swimming pools were clean and fantastic views. The rooms are small but have what you need.

Once you get your bearings, it is in an excellent location on Sentosa, walking distance to Resort World. The hotel is shared with the Village Hotel so lots of swimming pools and nice grounds.
The rooms are beautiful with comfy beds and huge showers.
Personally I didn’t enjoy the roof top bar and pool area. We went up there for drinks on our first night and only us there, they turned up the music very loud so we left.

Almost everything. Love the view of the room.
Staff were friendly. Would definitely come back.
Only downside was that the walk to Imbiah Station was a little confusing and the entrance was further inside the carpark from the Village Hotel entrance.

Schönes Zimmer mit Nespressomaschine und Kapseln. Cooler Radiowecker. Dusch-WC. Schöne Poolanlage.
Zimmer nicht sauber (Staub&Krümel). Kaum Stauraum für Kleidung. Poolanlage im dritten Stock wird mit anderem Hotel geteilt, wo Kinder erlaubt sind.
Poolbar war oft zu.

The hotel was exceptional, we got a very warm welcome and even though we were early we got our room straight away . As it was my wife's birthday it was decorated beautifully. All the way through our stay the staff couldn't do enough for us

As I was on a high floor, we could hear the music from the rooftop pool at night which was quite annoying

I like the fact the hotel was for adult only.
There were good options for a number of restaurants within the complex, which was great, especially the breakfast crepes at the French restaurant at Depot.
It was nice to have a snack whilst watching the fireworks.
The staff were very excellent.

We went to The roof top for a swim later in the day but didn’t swim as pool looked very Murky.
The room was very small, hardly room for 2 suitcases. Our pool view was limited as there was a tree disrupting view. We were looking forward to a good view as my 75 year old friend was experiencing her first overseas holiday.
We went for dinner at the roof top restaurant, Soul Ora. We ordered a glass of wine which was expensive and very stingy. Photo supplied attached of wine that only had about 3 mouthfuls!

Amazing location, rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Pools we great, however the Adult pool closed at 6pm. Too early for Adults. The lower pool was shared with the Village Hotel which is aimed families, so an abundance of small children in the min pool.
Expensive, particularly for on-site food and doesn’t cater for dietary requirements eg lactose intolerance. They wanted $40 for a standard $15 breakfast and charge for water and alternative milk. However, there is plenty of great eateries in Sentosa and VevoCity close by. Adult pool closed too early at 6pm.

Complimentary cake could have been at the check in surprise, was given at night when we were out.
We requested for late check out as we check in quite late previous day. Also it was our marriage Get away. They could have at least allow for late check out.

The hotel was amazing from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was so comfortable.
Could be more storage in the room for your clothes and bags. We stayed for 1 week and that was the only thing we could fault.

The most of it. The pool, the veiw...
When we entered the room. The toilet was closed, with a towel on it, and the toilet cover was trying to open. It looked as if an animal was trying to open the lid, so we got scared and left quickly to the reception and told them, but they laughed and told me that this toilet has a sensor that opens if someone approach it. It wasn't funny. I asked the receptionist to accompany me to the room to check it out, but he refused. Anyhow the toilet was annoying and it didn't work like it suppose to work.
The breakfast was expensive and the room was kind of expensive too.

There was no breakfast provided as promised. The hotel said that they did not receive any information from booking.com, so it seems like there is poor communication between the hotel and the platform.
