Location, cleanliness good

Overpriced for what it is but the whole is Islamabad is that way unfortunately - just the year before it was half the price.

The location of the guest house is very central and is close to all the sightseeing points. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff ws very attentive.

The only thing I wish was better was the warm water when taking a shower. Staff did advise the water was warm, but it was very cold.

There are many good things about the property. As a foreign traveler, it is sometimes hard to adapt but the staff made it easy. In short, the staff is super friendly and helpful mainly Mr Mujahid, the location is exceptional as everything is just few hundred meters away and the property is clean, well equipped, and cosy. I highly recommend for families and international travelers!

Everything was perfect for me!

It's a nice family hotel with spacious on suite rooms, nice and clean rooms. Staff are co-operative polite and kind. Everything is beyond expectation. Excellent service received from the staffs. It's been a enjoyable stay here, location is great . Waking distance to shops supermarkets and restaurants .The hotel it self caters nice breakfast and food. I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel manger for allowing us to stay longer than expected without extra cost. I Highly recommend Royal Grace, as we had a wonderful stay here.

The location was good.

They have not put any sign board primarily to save taxes. moreover the charges are high with regards to the services. When I came to check in, I had to wait 30mins as my room was being readied.

Staff is very co-operative and helpful. They take care of us, like their own family.
