It was disappointing to be at this property the week of Christmas and not have any Christmas decorations. We were not given the appropriate key to use the hot tub. I notified the manager the first night hoping we would get a key and in the end they just said they did not have the key. The manager did not get back in a timely manner. The facility was clean.

Nice decor, all the modern stuff.

Adorable unit, all you need and super fun spiral staircase. Only concern were that a couple windows didn’t lock. Other than that the unit was perfect for what we needed it for’n

The sink in the kitchen did not work from the start to the end during our stay. It was no big deal since our stay wasn’t that long but if it was it would have been nice to have it fixed right at check in. Other than that it was fairly clean and comfortable for a short stay

Everything was just like described. The condo was clean and had everything you need. Loved the spiral staircase going up to the second bedroom. The location was very convenient and walking distance to hiking trails. Short drive to town and Silverthorne. The pool was a nice size and sauna and hot tub a plus. Overall we were very happy with the condo and location and definitely would stay there again.

Great condo, good location, had a great stay hiking and pontooning.

The individual condo unit is great. The condo building has a constant mildew or moldy smell to it. The pool and sauna facilities are average at best and the hot tub wasn't operational.

Perfect location for our adventure in Colorado. Close to shopping, dining and skiing and snowboarding. Quaint little spot to stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

The dishwasher handle was damaged and we were unable to open. The coffee maker had a broken top so the water did not all go through to the carafe. We notified the property management company about the electrical problems and dishwasher, but opted to not have them repaired during our stay. The unit is quiet except for the baseboard heaters. The unit was very clean. It would be nice to know what is supplied already in the condo (like type of coffee maker) so you can plan on what to bring with you. Parking is close. A map for unit location would be helpful.

The condo is nice but we feel we should mention the problems so they will actually get repaired for the next guest. We have notified the property manager in addition to listing them in this review. It is quiet, we did not hear any neighbors during our stay. The electrical and USB sockets need repair, they don't work or not attached to the wall properly. The one in the upstairs bath does not work at all so you won't be drying your hair in there. The dishwasher wouldn't open. The latch was broken. The frying pans are old and warped. The coffee maker has a broken lid so the water doesn't all make it into the carafe. The lighting is a little dark. It would be nice if the lights in the upstairs bedroom worked on the switch. There is no room for luggage in the upstairs bedroom. The very large dresser isn't useful for people only staying a few nights. No place to put the extra pillows. We agree with another reviewer that the baseboard heaters are very noisy (ear plugs will help you get a better night sleep). The unit could use a window covering for the top of the bedroom window so the full moon doesn't wake you. A map showing the actual location of the unit and where the trash is instead of a generic notice from the property manager would be nice. Not sure why we have to take out the trash if we have to be out of the unit by 10AM so housekeeping can clean it. Normally trash removal is a housekeeping job.

Nice unit, however there are some things that could have improved our stay. As an Airbnb owner myself it would be helpful to have instructions on how to work the TVs available on the mantel. Also TVs in the bedrooms were not working until we discovered the batteries in the remotes were dead and there were no replacement batteries in the condo. A step on the staircase was loose (maintenance was notified) but could cause a fall on the stairs. Kitchen has lots of dishes, pots and pans, however only salt and pepper. It would be nice to have some vegetable spray, ketchup/mustard packets and tea (for those of us who do not drink coffee) available. Also some beach towels for the pool would be nice.

Keystone and the surrounding area was lovely, definitely will return. But we won’t be returning to this property. It was clean and nicely remodeled, but the property definitely showed its age in other ways. It made all kinds of creaking/dripping noises whenever the heater came on. It woke us up multiple times in the night. We all slept terribly. They advertise the property as sleeping 7 but there is NO WAY 7 people could sleep comfortably in this place. The couch that converts to a bed is the worst couch bed I’ve ever seen.it’s totally broken and would kill your back. My son took the mattress off and slept on the floor, but even the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We also had issues with the downstairs toilet that wouldn’t always flush reliably. I reached out to the manager regarding the noisy heater and the toilet. I didn’t get a response until many hours later and was basically told I’d have to deal with it because it wasn’t an emergency and they were too short staffed. Not the best customer service. It’s definitely a cute and charming condo, but sadly I can’t recommend it :(
