Location perfect Friendly Staff ... helpful 10 out of 10 Large Bathroom Clean with tea and coffee. Dogs are allowed into the room and breakfast. Would return no problem.

Perhaps a little expensive for what it is but overall fine. There is no parking so I had to load the unload car in the busy street and the hotel is on the 2nd floor ...so logistics are awkward. Don't over pack like we did ! Parking is £3.50 per day in town.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel situated in a central spot of Llangollen

The bathroom was oddly shaped and very small. We had to squeeze past the sink to get into the shower which again wasnt very big itself. Although we were told it was a 3pm checkin we werent actually able to check in til gone 4pm.

Great central location with view over the river from our room. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable warm room. We enjoyed our stay.

it was £85 when provisional booked, when got to property charged £99 for room.

Staff were fabulous very understanding and a full refund was provided . Location is great right in the centre with bars and restaurants around every corner . Gets very busy so advisable to book in for meals .

The room was freezing and the windows were only single pained and letting alot of air in , draft was unbearable and the traffic noise due to the windows being inadequate. At £110 for the night it's expensive , although would be great in the summer . As I said previously the staff were fabulous in dealing with my complaint , as we didn't stay for the night we vacated at 630pm .

We had a lovely stay, fantastic location. The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was a good size for 3 + dog, bed was so comfy had a great nights sleep and considering its above a pub/resturaunt it was quiet. Definitely would stay here again

Excellent location. The rooms were clean and the full Welsh breakfast was good value and nice.

Car Parking was off site and no eveing meals served after 5.00pm. However our stay was in February and out of season. The room was a little dated and in need of some t&c.

It was spacious and had enough complimentary items for the stay.

The bedding started to irritate my skin as I slept.

The breakfast was perfect The area around the hotel is beautiful and in a perfect place

beautifully located right near the bridge, overlooking the water and the miniature railway.

I was quoted £69 for one nights stay, on the Booking.com app, but was then charged £99. The breakfast was very tasty and fairly priced, but when checking in, we weren’t informed that breakfast was actually served on the first floor, rather than in the restaurant, where we had our evening meal the night before. We very nearly went to the café up the road for breakfast before spotting other guests sitting in the window. mMght be worth mentioning upon checking in!?
