Breakfast was first rate and as good as any in hotels Location, right in the centre of town Car park, large and free Wi fi, free Staff through out our stay were brillent

Room was quite dated but clean Unfortuneately bed was unconfortable No fridge in room

Lovely ambience to the place. Lots of history. Riverside terrace very pleasant. Excellent evening meal and a good breakfast.

Lighting in the room was not sufficient to read by. Annoying squeaky floor in bathroom. Very little room in bathroom. Strange mattress on bed, although it was very comfortable. Thin walls. Could hear noise from adjacent room.

The Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Ideal location in the centre of Llangollen. Evening meal and the breakfast was lovely.

Staff were accommodating in giving me discount due to my room mate not being able to make it

Location breakfast but could of offered a bit more than cereal and full breakfast. Maybe croissants etc

Meals were good. Location was good.

The extractor fan in the bathroom of room 20 the family room was exceptionally loud. The bedroom window wouldn't shut and people drinking and talking/laughing under window in family room luckily it went quiet after 23.00. Breakfast no menu or information on what was expected waitress reeled off what was on full English. No other option offered. Had to ask for more milk twice which never appeared. Had to ask for sugar and more butter. Had to look for staff to book in and when booking out staff didn't appear interested. Had drink in bar given dirty glass with purple lipstick. Wine was warm. No bottled coke. People walking around with no masks not challenged even approaching bar.
