We were so impressed with this fabulous property which we rented to gather as a family for my mother's 90th birthday. The photos don't do the property justice. We wanted a place that we could all enjoy for the weekend and this was the perfect spot. It was incredibly spacious with a great layout that allowed privacy in our own rooms/ bathrooms, but also provided areas to relax as a group. The kitchen has everything you need with all best appliances and is well stocked with pots/ pans and enough glassware/ flatware/ plates to serve a larger group. My boys loved the pool table and game room. Sadly it rained most of the weekend so we didn't have much time in the beautiful pool but the outside is well cared for with a beautiful Koi pond. We were able to make group meals with have plenty of places to eat together. The host Dani was very responsive and flexible. Great vibes all around. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

We were there for a birthday celebration among 12 friends. This home accommodated us perfectly! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. There was not an amenity we felt we were without and easily cooked in the home as well. The outside area is serene and beautiful and there are some trails nearby. Thank you for the beautiful stay to celebrate a special occasion! We appreciated this experience very much!

What an amazing place! This is the second time we have stayed here and other than the weather it was just as good if not better this time around. The place was immaculate upon arrival and we were able to check-in a few hours early. The property manager was very responsive and quick to assist with any request we had. We look to staying here again next year.

Jenn, the host, was sweet and accommodating. She called us before we rented to learn more about us and our needs. Our entire family was there for Christmas! The house is simply amazing, spacious, private, quiet, and fun. With the game rooms, the pool, the very long dinning room table, the extraordinary living room, our adult children loved it. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We cannot say enough positive about this special home. We will be back! Thank you.

Great family time. Paid extra for heating the pool. It was a lifesaver. Kids swam everyday. It rained and rained and rained. No one to blame for the weather!

This property is special. The house is completely enclosed in a walled compound. The house is donut shaped and surrounds a pool and beautiful courtyard. Around the perimeter, the house is lined with a koi pond and lush landscape and fountains. The property has all needed appliances and kitchen cooking equipment. We ate in a fair amount. The house is centrally located to everything in Santa Barbara. It was always about 15 minute drive to wherever we were going. We would definitely stay here again. Just lovely.

We were in Santa Barbara for a golf championship. The home was large enough to host our family and 4 golfers. We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying in this home. We will be back.
