The unit was nice and clean and nicely appointed needs nothing

The place was bigger than it appeared in photos; spacious and relaxing. Well-appointed with everything needed to feel like we really live there--lots of dishes, towels, cleaning and toiletry products. Lovely to have the full-size in-house washer/dryer to go home with clean laundry. Electric kettle for this tea drinker as well as coffee maker. The bed was SO comfortable! A wonderful refuge between family visits.

The condo was well appointed and spotless. The condo grounds were clean, the pool very nice, and the gym has all you need. My wife and I were visiting family and found the location ideally situated for travel to Ft. Meyers and Cape Coral. One thing to note is if you can’t do stairs there is no elevator and you have three flights to get to the condo. It was no problem for us but should be mentioned.

Beautiful condo. Love the sunny mornings on the lanai. Other guests in the residence were very friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again!

This location worked out well for us. We enjoyed spending time in downtown Fort Myers and the surrounding area.

The photos don't do this property justice. It was spacious, clean and quiet.
The queen bed was very comfortable. Loved the balcony with the sound of the fountain, so relaxing! And it was nice to have a washer and dryer as well.
We had a couple questions and the hosts answered them quickly.
We would stay there again.

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo because we were in Ft Myers to see family. Son had major foot surgery so we spent most of our time at his house helping him and being with grandchildren. Carpets could use a good cleaning and would have liked a couple hand towels in the bathroom and a sheet pan for putting in the oven.

We enjoyed the condominium. It was conveniently located and a quiet, private community. Neighbors were cordial and respectful of one another.

This place is convenient to many places and easy access. I loved the heated saltwater pool and swam early morning before anyone else was there. What will keep me from this property is the rudeness of the snowbirds that come and stay the winter, many are condo owners and very territorial and rude, like I was at a party I wasn't invited to. We were not in their clique. One woman came into the gym each morning and never spoke to us, never acknowledged our greetings, just totally rude. She even moved her lounger away from us when we went to the pool. I'm too old for crap like this. But otherwise, very nice condo.

The condo was small, but great for two people. We loved the pool as it was heated and all the people we met around the pool were friendly. The water pressure was exceptionally low. The TV just had a few local channels and the Wi-Fi is very slow. The carpets throughout the condo were worn and dirty and need to be replaced. According to past reviews this has been an ongoing issue for years and this reflects poorly on the owners’ responsibility to their renters. Also, some nearby neighborhoods are not very safe. (We didn’t walk outside the property’s fences at night.) Overall, we were happy with our stay.

There were a few things we didn’t like about this rental. First of all, there was no cable or satellite tv. We literally had to choose from 3 local channels to watch. The water pressure was horrible, the carpet was dirty and the blinds were broken. On a positive note, the unit was quiet and we did feel safe there. It just needs some cleaning and updates.

This place was centrally located to everything in Fort Myers! Home was clean and had a great, relaxing view!

The property served its purpose for us. Wasn’t as clean or updated as we are used to and information on site wasn’t accurate or incomplete in terms of internet, facility access, etc. Property owner and manager were as responsive as they could be.

Condo was very nice, the apartment itself was clean, but the carpet was very dirty. Change the carpet and it would be great. Also it advertised that it had cable - we were there 2 weeks and I wouldn't call it cable tv - we got 4 channels. Pool is great.

Sandra was very good about answering questions and getting back to me since I had many questions on renting during COVID ( understandably). Upon arrival the condo was clean, and quiet. At first arrival I was unsure of the area of the condo but quickly learned it was a quiet neighborhood and easy access to different areas in Florida ( we were there looking and exploring long term rental properties for snow birds) so drives to Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs , and Naples were easy. The pool area was lovely and clean- very quiet And peaceful. We took many walks around the pond area.
