I liked the fact it was spacious especially the bathroom just a beautiful bathroom in general. The aesthetics of the area & the place were really beautiful.

The walls are really thin as we could hear our neighbours. The sheets & pillow cases has stains & a funky smell which really didn’t please us at all.

The internet connection was great.

The bedding didn't smell fresh at all.

1. The bed was sinking in and not comfortable 2. The hot water ran out before we could bath. 3. One of the cleaners rudely asked us to vacate the room on check out. 4. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear noises coming from other rooms.

The location is amazing, quiet, peaceful. The rooms are clean and smell nice

The propert never opened for me. I was at the gate for over 30 minutes with no response over the phone or with anyone attending to the gate.

I never checked in because while filling in my details for the booking YOU took off the payment immediately. I tried to check in via telephone and no one answered at The Royal Bryanston . I could not make the check in time since i was working and only finished at 5am . I have lost money due to you

What matters most to me was there. Cleanliness: the place was clean. Very good bed and bedding to sleep on. And they clean daily, which was amazing. The room was perfect. Lacking no essential esthetics. I had a desk to work at. Internet connection. Not affected by load shedding as they have a backup generator. I would visit again. Infact I owe them a visit, for the great service, and understand.

The cleaners were knocking in outand they brought plates and spoons that wer wet,The secretary was very arrogant not eloquent,it was a horible experience for us The mattress/bed was not comfortable.On our last date the receptionist was doing her hair/dreadlocks Infront of the entrance so untidy and disgusting.please get professional people ont chancers.not the right pple for hospitality
