Posizione ottima, vicino sia alla metro per l’eroe porto che a numerosi locali. Camera spaziosa.

La grande pecca di questa camera è l’areazione. Non si potevano aprire le finestre e questo creava un costante odore di chiuso. In più, nel bagno, c’era l’obbligo di non gettare cartaigenica all’interno del wc, e di riporla invece in un cestino … peccato che non fosse di quelli chiusi, l’odore che si è creato lì dentro non è stato di certo dei migliori!!!!!

Le prix du petit déjeuner est très concurrentiel soit moins de six euros ( 225 baths avec les 10% de discount). Pour ce prix vous ne trouverez pas de fromage, de bacon...et les plats chauds sont des spécialités thaïlandaises et chinoises. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique.

La carte du restaurant de l'hôtel est médiocre et onéreuse. A éviter à tout prix!!!!. Je vous conseille de vous rendre à l'hôtel PICNIC situé en face du DE PRIME et qui appartient au même groupe. Vous aurez droit à un buffet à 329 Baths soit sept euros et 50 centimes qui est honorable. Pour ce prix pas de fromages mais des spécialités chinoises, thaïlandaises, des pâtisseries sympathiques et même des produits de la mer et des brochettes de poulet. Attention l'hôtel DE PRIME n'est pas un quatre étoiles. Pas de salle de sport et tout juste un tout petit bar "corner". Cet hôtel dans lequel je séjourne pour quatre semaines est très intéressant pour les prix très modérés. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

The staff were super friendly and the 9th floor outdoor pool was beautiful. There were very few guests using it and we often had it to ourselves. It is split between a 0.9m kids pool and a 1.3m side. Really great value for money and the breakfast was good - 225bht for adults and free for kids!

Guests noisy next door but not the hotel's fault. Nothing negative

Lors du Check out la personne de la réception nous a demandé de patienter 5 minutes le temps qu’un de leurs salariés vérifient la chambre. Quelques minutes plus tard, il nous montre une photo de serviette sale et nous demande de payer un extra. Cette serviette avait été utilisée pour nettoyer la bouche de notre fils qui avait mangé de la soupe. Leur réponse? Vous devez payer un supplément car l’hôtel ne peut pas nettoyer cette serviette et est obligé de l’envoyer à l’extérieur pour être lavée… un peu cheap pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus le personnel de réception n’est pas aimable. De tous les hôtels que l’on a fait en Thaïlande c’est celui où l’on est certains de ne pas revenir… le petit déjeuner manque de variété. Les plats du room service sont sans goût ou trop salés. Bref, pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

The location was nice and the staff were happy to offer advice with restaurants and cabs.

The room was very smelly, seems to be coming from the bathroom. There was also a lot of mold in the bathroom and the bedsheets had black marks on them. There was lots of flies in the pool.

Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool auf dem Dach war super. Der Weg zum Airtrain war zufuß leicht zu erreichen.

Fehlender Schrank. Das Bad ist etwas vernachlässigt worden. Bett wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gemacht aber das Trinkgeld schon genommen.

good location

We booked three standard double room (king bed) for three families with children via booking .com. They gave us two rooms and said the other rooms is not clean yet. They also asked if we would want a connecting room, if yes, then they can get it cleaned and give it to us. We agreed, dropped out luggeges in the two rooms and went out. later at night, when they gave us the connecting room key, we found the connecting two rooms to be too small. we asked for an extra bed for the child as the connecting room had two single beds. they charged 700 baht for the extra bed for child and also refused to give extra pillows (there were only two pillows in each room) unless we pay full in cash. After two nights we figured that they only gave one standard double room to us and the other two connecting rooms were not standard doubles. We tried to communicate this to the hotel management and the hotel staff was very rude and kept saying we chose the room and took the key. Finally we had yo show them the booking.com paper to make them understand that they gave us wrong rooms. They were reluctant to accept their mistake and kept saying all the rooms are the same and we picked our room. How could we know which are standard double and which are not? Finally they adjusted 700 baht for one night that we had to pay for extra bed and changed the room for the last night. It was tiring to continuously talk and negotiate with them and the staff was not helpful at all. The staff that i found to be nice and helpful were the one from the lobby coffee lounge and Ankush from the dining area. I would not recommend this hotel as the hotel staff and management are not honest and nice. one family who were staying two more extra days later changed hotel to Raddission in Sukumvit as our stay was not enjoyable.
