Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, only 10 minutes from the heart of Hoi An. Staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us. Would recommend!

It was perfect for our stay

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß! Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hat viele Tipps was Ausflüge oder weiteres betrifft. Man kann sich mit jedem Wunsch an sie wenden und sie kümmert sich darum, egal ob Taxi, Flug, Ausflug… Zu Fuß ins Zentrum sind es wenige Minuten, also genau perfekt um Nachts keinen Lärm und trotzdem auch schnell in der Altstadt zu sein.

Leider lag der Pool direkt an der Straße (durch eine kleine Mauer als Sichtschutz abgegrenzt). Ich persönlich habe am Pool lieber meine Ruhe und keinen Straßenlärm.

Hatten ein deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon, es war kleiner als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es steht 30qm - das Zimmer selbst hat wohl eher 15 qm. Der Raum hat geschimmelt. Das Personal versuchte vor der Ankunft den Geruch mit duftöl zu überdecken. Nach 2 Stunden im Raum bemerkt man den arg beissenden Geruch, der auch durch dauerhaft offene Fenster nicht weniger wird. Der schimmel Fleck ist tatsächlich direkt neben dem Bett - man hat sicher mehrmals versucht zu übermalen. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir nicht verwenden da diese auch extrem nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Ja, es regnet viel in hoi an und ist feucht. Aber Schimmel im Zimmer ist Gesundheitsgefährdung und keinen Cent wert.

There was lots of choices for breakfast, the room was big and very clean, perfect location being just 10 minute walk from the markets & the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Specifically, helping us find the best prices for trips and onward travel and advising us on prices to pay for other things while we’re in Hoi An. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean!

Great location for great local food and is also a 5 min walk from town. Hotel also has bicycles to rent if you would like to cycle to beach - a very scenic 25 minute bike ride would recommend Would come back - very relaxing stay thank you!

Location was great, not in the middle of the noise and action, but maxim 10min walk to center, really convenient. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and the pool was a nice addition, even though it was facing the street. Staff was super kind and helpful.

Water in the fridge you pay for it if you drink it. Learned the hard way. Buy your water at a store close by for half the price. Laundry is 25% more expensive per kg than several shops around the street. We were a family of 5...so we had lots ! Breakfast was nice (order ahead), however quantity was not always same and we had to ask for top-offs for our teens. I guess...it felt a lot more like just a business than other places we stayed.

Two adjacent rooms with a door in between; very convenient when travelling with family. Plenty of space. Nice large balconies. Small swimming pool to cool down on a hot day.

Some maintenance is needed (moisture in the walls, outside lights that need replacement etc.). Because of the location on the main road, a bit of traffic noise is inevitable in the front rooms.

Really comfortable beds nice porch and had a pool to cool down in. The staff where great at suggesting places to eat and get clothes made can hire bikes from them too breakfast was decent too

Breakfast is not what we expected but it was ok to save money.

Lady at Reception (probably owner) was super nice and was trying the best to make sure our stay is enjoyable. She has organized for us early breakfast for 5.30 in the morning before we went to see My Son. It was super nice and thoughtful. Hotel is close by to the old town and has everything what you need to just sleep.

In our room you can smell slightly cigarettes', I do believe that it was related to balcony available and people smoking outside. I think floors should be mopped after check out and they were only swiped so when walking barefoot they are simply dirty.

Good place, 11 min walking to Hoi An main location. Very big and nice room Kind Personnel There’s a Super Market next to it.

it’s hard to take a regular shower The only way of shower is in the tub. So, you must climb and sit. It would be better to make a hole in the floor for the water. Letting you stand beside the tub

breakfast rules are a little strange. ordering breakfast one day before for the next morning is a little weird and 7-9 o’clock is way to early!

The location is amazing and also the value for money is great. The hotel is very spacious and clean. The owner is really helpful and has lots of information about Hoi An.

Great staff, great location, and comfortable rooms. Anything we needed help with, staff was there to assist. We checked out super early before breakfast, and they even provided fruit to go. So nice!

Very close to the street, and pool is right next to the road with no privacy, so we ended up not swimming in it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in charge, Miss Hieu (hope i get her name properly) who is so nice and wih good advice. The room is big and clean. No noise at all. The swimming pool is little but enough to relax after a day of walking and biking. 5 minutes walk from the old town (entrance near the Japanese bridge)

lovely stay. great location short walk to the old town. the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. the hotel is of a modern style, furnished new and luxurious. the hotel is lovely and clean. room cleaned daily. large room, comfy bed, good amenities.
