Excellent and quiet location with beautiful views and a very nice rooftop pool. The staff was very helpful in organising a tour to the My Son site at a short notice.

I loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous with quirky touches such as the coloured tiling, ornate phone and bathroom fixings. The room was ample in size, the bed was really comfortable, and the wifi was good. The bathroom was so lovely and had a free standing terrazzo bath. It could be closed off with ornate timber sliding doors. Air-conditioning was great, and the included breakfast was really good. The location was great, right on the river within walking distance to the beautiful lantern lined streets offering all the food, market and shopping options.

We liked the room and it was a good size with a comfortable bed although furniture very jaded and bathroom looked tired. The staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. The Hoi A river boat where you could have a drink at night was a real plus. The location was quiet. Return Mini bus provided by the hotel to the nearest beach was a big plus.

Tired furniture - rooms need a refurb. Breakfast although on first glance seemed to offer a large selection, the quality was not great. The cheese was left sweating in the heat, bread stale and some of the food looked a little less fresh than it could have been (maybe the heat?) . Location was quiet but quite a way out of Hoi An. You definitely need a taxi to get into the centre of Hoi An where all the shops/restaurants are.

Love the interior design of the hotel. The staff are very nice and attentive to ensure our needs met. I enjoyed the massage so much.

Praticamente tutto: dal pick-up all’aeroporto di Danang fino al ricevimento dove May ci ha spiegato in dettaglio tutto quello che poteva servire mentre degustavamo un welcome tea. Ho provato la SPA dove la bravissima Mary mi ha fatto provare 1h vietnamita massage. Stanza super spaziosa ed elegante con affaccio sul fiume. Bellissima l’alba che abbiamo visto dal nostro balcone. Food eccellente sia a colazione (dolce e salato… non pensavo la cucina asiatica potesse piacermi tanto!) che per cena. Overall lo staff e in particolare May è stato super supportive anche nel consigliare l’esperienza dell’abito su misura. Sempre May mi ha aiutata a farmi riconoscere sconto dal negozio dove ero stata! Infine le bici gratis sono servite per un bel giro lungo le risaie e per la cittadina delle lanterne … molto romantica!! In sintesi, hotel super consigliato!!! Grazie May!!

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests. The added touches for our honeymoon were unexpected but perfect! Rose at the front desk was especially helpful and a credit to the hotel!

The room and pool were lovely - Breakfast was average and I loved that the property had bicycles that we could use for free.

The meet and greet was nice but time consuming also they sold us tours which were very expensive I could have got them much cheaper.

Brilliant place to stay

We loved the location, the staff and the rooms. The rooftop pool overlooking the river was fabulous. Great being up there for happy hours too! Buffet breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had. Free bike hire was great for getting around. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Shuttle bus to the beach was excellent. Breakky pack for the early airport trip was lovely.

Very nice hotel, incredibly comfortable beds. Very nice view from the roof top pool, and good shuttle service to the private beach. Hubby was content with the gym, and daughter eas happy about her back and neck massage. Only negative thing is the food, which is quite bad, in fact the restaurant is basically always empty. Breakfast was not great, and I'm sure this is the only place in Vietnam where the coffee is bad.

A little further from the old city than some. Very safe to walk, but hot!

Everything was perfect. Room is very nice size, right on the river, very clean and professional staff to quickly attend to any of your needs. We also enjoyed the pool in the afternoon on top with an amasing view of the river. Breakfast was great and you can sit on the boat in the evening and watch the other boats go by
