We enjoyed a long weekend at Sea Drift Cottage to celebrate a 75th and 80th Birthday and Father’s Day with family. The house was just as pictured, well stocked and steps to the beach. Even though the weather wasn’t the best the house was a perfect place to gather together. We enjoyed the sun porch, the large table for meals and the gas fireplace to take off the chill (June in Maine 😉). The last day we were able to see a beautiful sun rise to end a perfect weekend. We would all love to come back again! Thank you Olivia and Patrick for sharing your beach house with us!

This was an extraordinarily comfortable and well-appointed property with an excellent location directly on Saco’s sandy beach. We couldn’t have found a better place to spend 5 days on the beach in Maine. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Olivia for your hospitality!

Wonderful house on wide beautiful beach.

This is our second year staying for a long weekend in March. This home is very clean and comfortable and the access to the beach can’t be beat!

Loved staying at this beautiful cottage again for the second time! Beautiful location right in the beach with ocean views! Warm and cozy in the winter time in spite of the cold temperatures outside! We’d strongly recommend this as a great destination!

Our family of 6 traveled to the area to celebrate the new year. We were greeted with a lovely, warm home with lots of charm and the most amazing views! The hosts were fantastic, and even left some holiday decorations up for a perfect touch of home. This was our first visit to the area, and we found the surrounding coast and beach towns to be straight out of a movie set! Our family made note of the slogan on the “Welcome to Maine” sign as we drove in from Boston. It read, “Maine, the way life should be.” We left feeling like we understood!

We were lucky to find a place near my mom. Luckier that is was on the beach! Wish the stay had been longer

We have stayed at this beautiful beach house three times and we're already plotting our return in 2023! It's just perfect - especially the breathtaking location right on Kinney Shores Beach, but also the house itself it clean, comfortable, and cozy. Communication with owners is always smooth - quick responses and so nice. I do wish the bathtub was working, but that's really the only downside. Thank you for everything! - Jennifer

Just a great place for a quiet vacation.

Our family of four adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the beach house. The house was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and brilliantly located right on the beach. The ocean as our front yard was beyond description - long walks, rolling waves, soothing sounds. Worth every penny. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The primary bedroom was grand with two comfy chairs facing the ocean view from the second floor. I somehow thought the primary was an en suite but that is not the case. All three bedrooms upstairs share one bath and, at least during our visit, the bathtub was out of service with lots of caution tape preventing it’s use. There is an additional bath with a roomy shower on the main level. The fall weather cooperated with us and made for a wonderful long weekend together after being apart for the past year. We would definitely recommend this beach house if you can get it!

Our family, a group of nine, spent a wonderful October week at this property in Kinney Shores. A previous review stated that the house photographs on the website were wholly accurate. I confirm that (the view from the master bedroom is rich indeed). The house is spacious, attractive and very clean. It offers all of the required amenities and more (namely high quality gas fireplace in its cozy living room). The house’s surroundings are great, namely the outdoor windless patio, the large beach and the quiet neighbourhood. Our communications with our host, Olivia, were easy and fruitful, both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property and our family is sure to return.

We had a quick but fabulous family getaway to Maine for the first time and stayed in this beautiful beach house! There were 8 of us with plenty of room and gorgeous views of the ocean! Great location right on the beach with lots of fun at the nearby famous Pier and amusement park as well as the Pirates’ Cove mini putt! Great stay overall!

We had a small family reunion and had an amazing time at the beach even though the weather didn’t show up for the weekend. Spacious and cozy at the same time. Great stay!

This is an adorable, classic beach cottage right on the dunes overlooking the water. Beautiful place for a beach vacation and the owners are wonderful — available to answer any and all questions. We loved it!

Wonderful place to get-away for a break in March! Quiet this time of year but lovely and relaxing. Hope to return next March.

Even though temps were chilly, we loved the views, we bundled up a few days and walked beach anyway…. We explored a few close hiking trails, did day trip to Portland, Boston, and Acadia National park…. Again we were well prepared with lots of layers hiking shoes and more.. Well worth it!!! This trip will be remembered as one of our Top 5…

We had a wonderful 3 days. The house was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and spacious We enjoyed the beautiful views and relaxed playing games and spending time with the family. We highly recommend this house and look forward to a trip back!

We stayed at this home between Christmas and New Year Day and we had a wonderful time! The location is the best…right on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with—she even had a Christmas tree set up for us! My favorite part of the stay was watching the sun rise over the ocean from the two perfectly placed chairs in the master bedroom! I highly recommend this rental home!

Great property right on the beach. Amazing location and place is really cute. Kitchen is fully stacked and has everything you need for a large family. We celebrated New Years there and had an amazing time. Thank you to the owner who was so nice and always communicated throughout our stay. Can wait to go back agqjn!

This lovely beach home is everything you can ask for in a vacation beach home!! Clean and just as described. The views are incredible. We would sit out on the back porch or the sunroom and listen to the waves crash. The views from the upstairs master bedroom were equally amazing and would fall asleep listening to the waves! We would definitely stay here again!!

The Location is directly on the beach and by far the jewel of the location. The views are spectacular and the home is clean and cared for.
