Very good in all aspects - very hospitable owners, location, access, facilities Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

When we arrived we were greeted by the owners Katarzyna and her husband. She showed us the room and showed us the facility. The room was a medium size room with a private toilet, microwave, fridge and coffee. The room was really clean and tidy and the bathroom was really clean as well. In the room they gave us complimentary champagne. The breakfast was excellent and with a variety of food and the best thing about the breakfast is that you can tell her what time to prepare it and it will be ready on the table. The owner was really helpful and showed us what we can do in Zakopane. The last day at the hotel we asked her to book us a taxi and she offered us to drive us to the bus station free of charge which was kind of her and we appreciated a lot. We will definitely be visiting again ☺️😁

the owners are so nice and professional! we felt like home and we will come back for sure. The apartment was clean and well decorated! we had everything we need (equipped kitchen in the common area, with sofa, tv and billiard!, fridge, microwave in our own bedroom). the owners also left us a nice gift (a bottle of spumante) thanks a lot!

The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. It was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, easy walking distance to Poland Szymaszkowa and about 20 min walk to Krupowki Main Street. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a lift to Krupowki one morning which was nice of them. We had breakfast daily for 40zl PP.

We booked several rooms because we came with a group of friends, 6 adults and 2 children. The accommodation is close to the center of Zakopane (2.5 kilometers), easily reach by foot, by bus (2 stops) or by car. It has a large parking space, it’s enough big for 6 cars. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owners, the woman was very helpful and friendly, she showed us the common room, there was a refrigerator, billiards, large tables, many chairs and a playstation. She told us the information about the breakfast, then she turned to her husband and asked to show us the rooms. The next day we reported the heating problem and unpleasant smell problem, they asked us what temperature we wanted, we said 20-22 degrees. The second night was better temperature wise so we appreciate what they did to improve the first impression. The breakfast both days had a wide selection, extremely delicious and plentiful. The common room is very usable, we played board games, billiards until the evening, it was fun. Some suggestions: It is very unlucky for a drunk person to greet guests. He should also not behave inappropriately and should not speak in a raised voice. Much more cleanliness must be meinteined, mold removal, cleaning, thorough washing of bed linen is required for all new guests, all guests can only arrive in cleanliness. If the roof is under renovation and the rooms have an unbearable smell, the air freshener is not enough. It is worth notifying the guests, it is possible to give a discount on the price of the rooms. It is worth considering whether we can call an apartment where there is no running water in the sink It is worth coordinating the heating upon arrival and ensuring the appropriate temperature in each room. The price is very high compared to what we got.

Even when we greeted by the owner man, it was obvious that the man was drunk, at first we didn't pay him any attention, but when he started showing us the rooms, he hardly standed on his feet. We took over the rooms and he also helped us pick up our luggage. Meanwhile, he inquired whether I like vodka and repeatedly commented that my wife is beautiful, where he had already „crossed a line”. I explained to him that we don't drink alcohol and I know my wife is beautiful. After that, he definitely wanted me to park the car between the two lines, because I didn't park exactly there. I explained to him that I parked intentionally like that, because I didn't want the car parked next to me to scratch our car. He told me in a raised voice to park again to the right way. I told him I will correct it after packing the packages into the apartment. At this point, it was already suspicious that not everything would be as we thought. The rooms looked more or less the same as in the pictures beforehand, but what surprised us was that there was no cleanliness at all: a dirty sofa with food residue, a stained bedside table, a dirty light switch, not all sockets worked, missed towels from the rooms (but we got enough at my request from the helpful owner woman). We found foul-smelling sheets and unwanted hairs on the bed. If we looked closely there was mold stains in the shower and all this was accompanied by the smell of asbestos spreading throughout the house, which we later knew was coming into the rooms from the roof (probably due to roof repairs). In the largest room, which would be enough for 4 people, one radiator was completely inoperable, and the other was just lukewarm. We came home from the city center in the evening, when there was no longer hot water for everyone, and the rooms were cold. The heating could not be controlled.

Great location, close to Zakopane and major hiking trails. Great view on Giewont and close distance to Szymoszkowa Polana Skiing.

Although parking was available at property, it was a bit busy and sometimes hard to secure spot.

Everything was very cozy and clean. The owner was very nice. We arrived at night and couldn't find a place to buy groceries, after asking the owner about breakfast (in the middle of the night), we found a table full of food in the morning.

The owner is really nice and really helpful. Willa Czajka is located in a really good position: no noises , 500 meters far from the ski resort and not so far from the center. we appreciated the dog friendly politic of the house.
