We had some days in between a family event and vacation and this property was the perfect place for us. The pool was gorgeous, views were fantastic and my sons loved the gym ! Highly recommended !

It was a terrible experience as far as upkeep wifi didnt work $200+250 in extra charges…. Just a mess as far as security and id cards its vacation whos keeping up with that

LOVED IT

We had a great stay with the highlight being the views from the condo. The area is very expensive with few activities/ restaurants nearby for younger kids. Hosts were very responsive while check -in staff responded to some messages but not others. Tv in kids' room did not work and while maintenance came, it could not be fixed. Great pool and huge hot tub. Self parking was beneath a building down the street so not convenient for easy access. Good stay overall.

It was a lovely condo, with beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay 10/10. I would recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our visit to Miami. This property has fantastic views. It was beautiful to look out day and night with all the lights. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants and easy to get around. I also appreciate that the hosts stayed in contact with us.

Great views, conveniently located. Apartment was very clean and modern furnishings and appliances. The building was a bit busy with pretty slow elevators but great overall stay.

To tell you the truth, I was taken aback. I booked luxury downtown, sounded cool at the time. I didn't know what I had walked into on arrival. "What can I help you with" is the 1st thing that I remembered hearing. No complaints there. I took the wrong elevator to the pool area and got lost, I stumble into the kindest staff member. this the end of the quality assurance questions anyone could have. According to my memories & recollections of my stay. On the spot seaside downtown.

Though being up this high was extremely daunting, the views from this unit were unmatchable. An absolutely perfect place for if you have a family, though slightly too big for me as a solo traveller.

I was in town for my birthday. This condo is as advertised. Although I couldn't get the jets to work in the tub, only thing that didn't work. Very clean and had everything we needed for the week. We didn't cook much as we tried restaurants in the area all very walkable. The check in process is alot but I had stayed in the building before so it wasn't so bad since I knew what to expect. The owners did give a heads up about the process as well. Communication with the owners was good, they are very quick to respond. During our stay the fire alarm was chirping-needed a new battery. I reached out to the property manager and someone came right away the next morning to fix it. Overall nice priced for the area and good service during the stay.

We were in town for a wedding and did not spend much time in the condo but it was nice. Only suggestion would be to add a cookie sheet...had to give those bake and eat chocolate croissants to someone else.

The property owners and property manager were easy to get in touch with, fast response, and super friendly. The condo was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing, the amenities were top notch, the location couldn’t be beat. You could walk to the food truck, a nail salon, shops, Whole Foods, restaurants, short drive to South Beach,etc. We would definitely come back and stay again.

My family and I were in Miami for 4 days celebrating my 40th birthday! The apartment was picture perfect. The listing pictures accurately reflect what it looks like. The location was perfect & the views from the 43rd floor are phenomenal! Apartment was fully equipped with toiletries, towels, wash cloths, robes and kitchen utensils to last the whole stay. There was even a bottle of wine & bottled water in the fridge! The furniture does show some wear & tear but to be honest the place is so beautiful, I didn’t notice until toward the end of our stay. The building is centrally located & Ubers were readily available outside. Fares were quite reasonable to commute to several locations around the city. Not to mention the free metro mover located about a block or so away. Communication with the host(s) was great, everyone we spoke with or came in contact with was so pleasant. I would definitely give this condo & the host company a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Miami!

Enjoy our stay looking to come back

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June. Although it was just the two of us, we are planning to travel back with our two kids, as the apartment is big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The location is excellent and pictures of the apartment are accurate. The view is gorgeous! The furniture shows some normal wear and tear but overall everything was in very good condition. Communication was easy with the rental company, although it did take some repeated attempts to get an answer about early check-in. Due to flight availability, we ended up arriving in the area early in the day and inquired about early check-in a couple of weeks and then days ahead of time, since it appeared that the unit was still listed as available for the day before (so my thought was they were not trying to do an immediate flip of the apartment). We were ultimately told that they could not guarantee early check-in but would let us know as soon as the apartment was available. This ended up being very shortly after 3pm, which aligned with the stated check-in time. We got lunch and hung out in the park next to the building, so the wait was not unbearable but we know for next time to try and just get in closer to check-in. Kat was very nice during check-in and written instructions provided prior to our arrival were thorough, so we did not have many questions. We pointed out some things (strands of hair, small pieces of paper) that just made it seem as though the cleaning may have been done quickly but overall the unit was clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, working washer/dryer, and TVs. Basics needed to cook quick meals were all there i.e. pots, pans, cups, utensils. We did alert Kat to the fact that the vent hood over the stove did not appear to be working but we did not cook any major meals to where this was an issue for us. Opening the balcony door quickly aired out the place of any food smells. Accessing the pool was easy with the provided guest cards and the vibe at the pool was very chill - we stayed out there practically all day when we went. You can also order food and drinks from the restaurant to enjoy poolside. The area is very walkable and Ubers outside of the Brickell area to Miami beach were reasonable. The rental company offers some great recommendations for restaurants and there is a nice variation of high end and more affordable options. I am so glad that we chose to stay here and we are already planning our next trip back
