Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly located allowing us a lovely walk to the beach and the town. We enjoyed alfresco dinners on the lovely patio area in the wonderfully private yard. We all loved the outdoor shower. The owners were very nice to communicate with.

We were especially impressed by the large backyard, the patio seating area, the outdoor shower & the proximity to town & the beach. Loved that beach towels & chairs were provided.

We are Italian and for us coming on holiday to America was a dream, when we arrived at the house in Hyannis we couldn't believe how beautiful it was! Very well maintained, complete with everything, in perfect New England style. The owners were very kind and very helpful. If we are lucky enough to return to Cape Cod we would definitely like to return to this little paradise!

We enjoyed our stay, all booking, communication with owners and check in and check out went smooth. Plenty of linens, towels etc. large side yard though we did not use due to preplaned activities. Short walk to downtown Hyannis

The home had everything we needed but first and foremost - it was immaculate! For my sister and myself, that was one of the best points. Another great point was the mix of queen and twin beds. It may sound silly but several of us "old folks " have shoulder issues and having the option of our own bed was appreciated. It was also a great location - central to everything we did (beach, restaurants, train, shops, etc.) but yet the yard was private, large and beautiful. What a great place for a family with kids to stay. We talked about coming back and would love to stay at your home again.

Was originally supposed to be my sister and brother having a getaway but it didn’t turn out that way so it was still a very nice time with my sister and niece. Ocean is less than a mile away walking one way and downtown Hyannis. Nice big back yard with nice lawn furniture. We had everything we needed for the four days. Highly recommend. Comfy beds. Great outdoor shower.

The house was just what we wanted. Close to the ferry terminal, water front, close to main street shopping and great places to eat.
And best of all it was back from the street in a quiet location with no noise!

Three of my college classmates and I spent 4 days at a VRBO rental house in Hyannis. The house was delightful and filled with all of the amenities we needed. I communicated several times with the owners before and during our visit and both were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

This was a lovely spot, secluded yet close to everything we needed; restaurants and beaches. It had a big yard with lovely outside furniture and umbrella. It was the perfect place for us to catch up! The owners were very responsive to our questions. They have a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.

From the owners communication and responsiveness, to the beautiful home, to the location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to historic Hyannis, to the amenities, to the detailed information in a notebook, everything was five stars. The house and property were both exact what we were looking for. A short walk to Main Street for food and shopping and a short drive to the many beaches Hyannis has to offer. It had more than enough space for our family of 4 and the patio and outdoor shower were a nice addition as well!

We had such a wonderful week staying here! The property is in such a great location - close to downtown Hyannis shops, walkable to the beach and tucked away from the road with a back yard that is awesome for a family with kids! The house is spacious and cozy, and has everything you need, even a wagon to stroll to the beach with!

The house is very private and quiet. Furniture is comfy, cozy, and lived in. The kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook on vacation, so this was important.) Close to the beaches and came with a pass. Wahoo. Lisa and Lou were available to answer questions very quickly. We had been at a different house for 18 years. That house was sold. We hope this becomes our new Cape Escape for many years to come! Thank you.

Great location in Hyannis!
Great location with plenty of parking! Short walk to Main St, the ferries, or the beach. Super cute and clean ranch with plenty of room for 6 adults. We really enjoyed the backyard and patio area. Plenty of room for a game of Bocce ball or corn hole. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay here and will be booking again for our next trip to Hyannis.

Girlfriend vacation
What a cool Cape Cod cottage! Location, location, location!!! Perfect for exploring the Cape and nearby islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Resident seagull (Winston) and rabbit (Clover) are a daily surprise! Tucked away for excellent privacy the home is pure Cape Cod style with plenty of room for families, well equipped kitchen and laundry are a plus! This is a really great house and we will come again!

Great family house!
This house was in the perfect location for us. We walked to the HyLine high speed boat to Martha’s Vineyard, drove about an hour to Provincetown and an hour to Woods Hole/Falmouth. The house was very clean and tidy with plenty of room for us. Our hosts Lisa and Lou were very informative and answered all our questions. They even wished us safe travels which I thought was very sweet. I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!
The house was even cuter than expected! Great location - only minutes to Main St Hyannis about a 15 walk to the beach. The beach pass was super handy with kids since we could drive to Keyes beach (which had ample parking) with all of our stuff. It was also nice to be able to visit other Barnstable beaches with the pass. Had everything we needed for the beach including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Lou texted us on the way in with info we needed and then made sure we knew what to do at check out the night before. Definitely would consider staying here again!

Nice place - walk to main st
Great location with an easy short walk to main st and shopping in one direction and the beach area in the other. Place was a good fit for family and comfortable with everything we needed. Was nice to have washer and dryer as well as beach towels. We weren’t in town for long and the weather wasn’t ideal but would have been a nice place for a family beach week - even provided beach towels. I’d recommend adding a TV in the master bedroom (my husband just can’t go to sleep without watching one) and maybe bigger coffee cups. All in all really happy with our selection. Thanks so much.

Great location to walk into town and to the beach. They also had a parking pass for us to use which was awesome. Since we didn't have to pay $25 to park at the beaches. Cozy house that was very clean and they made it feel like home.

Location, location, location - AWESOME stay
Thank you to Lou and Lisa for an amazing stay. House was wonderful for our family of 5 - plenty of room inside and outside. Walking distance to multiple beaches and to Main Street Hyannis which have us plenty to do as a family.

Wonderful week!
We had a wonderful stay here. Property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We loved being in walking distance to Main St. Hyannis and beaches. The beach pass along with beach chairs and umbrellas were extras that made the experience even better. Our two children saw fireflies for the first time in the backyard and it's all they will talk about! We are looking forward to returing.

Wonderful location and lovely house
This house suited our vacation needs perfectly. It is large and has full AC. It is located within walking distance of the beach and Main St. Everything we needed was in the house from kitchenware to beach chairs and umbrellas.
The owners made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had promptly.

Nice property, close to everything
The property itself is a little dated, but is in a great location that is close to Main Street and the harbor. The beach pass for all the Barnstable beaches was quite useful. Sunset on Sandy Neck was beautiful!
Lisa and Louis were easy to work with throughout the entire process and very receptive to our comments.
If you are looking for a place without all the “bells and whistles” that you would be paying a premium for, this is a nice affordable option where you can get the same great experiences on the Cape!

A Fabulous Holiday Home
We loved staying here. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Cape. Plenty of space and comfort inside and out.
Hyannis Main Street is a very short stroll away with many very good bars and restaurants on hand.
Lisa and Louis were on hand to answer questions and give support when it was needed (a car tire puncture!).
We’ll definitely return.

Very clean home, comfortable and convenient. Our family came in for a wedding and we were able to walk there. Also, the beach is very close. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our adult sons loved the chromecast device. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Thanks Louis and Lisa!

Ideal location, relatively quiet, safe neighborhood
The home was very clean and well stocked. It's so accessible to Main Street which has many shops and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood -my sister and I walked to St Francis Xavier Church on Saturday, then to the Road House Cafe for dinner. Close to.the ferry, beaches, and train station. Pleasant drive to Provincetown, lighthouses, and multiple beaches. Loved the area and would stay there again.
