Our group of 12 adults stayed at this property in November for a golfing trip. It was excellent for what we needed. It is situated very close to the Lake and easy walk into the centre of Queenstown. It has a glorious deck where we spent the afternoons soaking up the sunshine. Highly recommended.

Our family stay at Lakefront Terrace was great. The house is immaculately presented and very well appointed. The short flat walk through the botanic gardens into the centre of town made looking for a carpark in town irrelevant. Having a hot shower that close after a swim in the lake is pure luxury.

Fantastic location, close enough to walk into town. Fabulous views.
House common areas are little small (there are 2 lounges and 2 dining) -would be better as one.
There is no toilet in the ensuite!
Otherwise happy with the house.

Fantastic house to stay in. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Great house for two families. The house was exceptionally clean and very well set up with two lounges. Will definitely be back

Lakefront Leisure
Once again we had a great holiday at 4 The Terrace. This year we had extended family stay with us and they were impressed with the set up and location - the views, the ease of getting into town and to the skifields, the warm and comfortable living areas and the sleeping accommodation. With luck, we'll be back again next year!

Ski Paradise
For a large group (13) of extended family this was the perfect spot. Sleeping privacy - one family in the house and one in the bunkhouse - and shared meals and relaxation spaces. Warm and cosy in July. Great location within walking distance to town and easy access to skifields. Right on the lake and close to the shared cycle/walking paths we enjoyed the views and the exercise.

Everyone who stayed rated the ambience as warm and welcoming. The chefs enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with fabulous views. The boys loved the park out front as a play space. Proximity to walkways and shops was great.

We loved our stay at this house. We had a large group of 14 adults which were accommodated with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment which enabled us to easily cook for our large group. The view of the lake was spectacular!
We also walked into the centre of town on a couple of nights and found the walk quick and easy giving us a great night in town.

Heaps of kitchen equipment for all, a pantry of items for those small things, & just a superb peaceful stunning place to stay. We will def be back. Planning for 2020 is underway already. Had a great stay in Q-town, excellent place and the park in front (in front of the lake) was fantastic for the kids to run and play. We stayed as two families with seven children in total, loads of room for all as there are a number of separate living spaces. Great facilities and set up. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and we certainly intend to return. Thanks for making it a great holiday.

We loved the home - really liked that it was welcoming, homely (not lots of notes stuck everywhere) and the location was perfect. It was toasty warm, & we slept really well (comfy beds), and clean. We enjoyed the different outdoor living areas depending upon the breeze and sunshine - great view and so close to town. Highly recommend Lakefront Terrace and Marie to our friends and family.
