We really enjoy the place, the ocean and the swimming pool.

We had a great time - weather didn’t cooperate for the beach but the pool and hot tub were hot upon arrival and very well received

Beautiful, nicely equipped, and spacious house for our large group which included a baby, a toddler, teens, young adults, middle aged, and seniors. The house is steps to the beach — we used the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys — so convenient and sooo much fun. The pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating were fantastic. The host was super friendly, very helpful and made sure our stay was wonderful.

My 5 girlfriends and I stayed her for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, location to beach was exceptional, and the pool was awesome. It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time. The property manager and owner were both great to work with and extremely helpful.

Great pool/beach house. Plenty of room for 11 of us! Lots of open spaces and enough bathrooms! Ron was extremely helpful.

We picked this house, somewhat lady minute, to have a celebration for my mother in law's birthday, after other plans fell through. We valued that it had a pool and was very close to the beach. The house was as advertised, lots of space for us. The upstairs patio overlooking the pool gets fabulous ocean breezes, and was out of the sun most of the day, making it a perfect place to have breakfast, read a book, plan the day, etc. The kitchen is tight for me than one person to be moving around, but definitely workable. The stove, range and microwave are all brand new, and there's a good collection of pots and pans and utensils. There could be a bit more on the way of mixing/prep bowls and storage for left overs, so if you're planning to do a lot of cooking there, it might be worth bringing a few of those items. We got takeout the first night, which came in boxes that we used the rest of the week to store things. The furnishings are eclectic and fun. Maybe a few places the house is showing its age, but who among us is not? It certainly didn't distract us from having a great vacation. There's a local property manager, Ron, who's always available if you need anything,. He came by to show us the pool system and to take our the trash, etc. One day we noticed, after speaking with Ron that the beach umbrella was missing from the garage. He brought us a brand new one the next day. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many restaurants and a ice cream place within walking distance. The beach was great. The first few days there was a rather substantial amount of seaweed, but then the winds changed and it was gone. Still, the water was perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Rented the house for 13 people ranging from adults down to a 9 year old. The house fit all our needs and was awesome. Ocean views and a 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect. House is starting to get a little beat up (probably from all the renters) and could use a fresh painting and some cosmetic repairs (hole in door, broken shades, broken TV remotes, some rotting wood on house). All minor issues and easy fixes…..definitely didn’t detract from the vacation or the house. Would definitely rent again.

Loved the property! Can’t be the location to the beach. The layout was great for our group of 9 ladies gathered for a long weekend escape! We will be back!

The place is perfect for a medium size family. We had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub/spa were a nice perk, and the beach is just a very short walk down the street.

We had a wonderful experience. It was a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. The only problem we had was that we wished we would have booked for a longer time. It was a quick Uber ride to dinner or groceries and we also used Instacart.

The house is awesome. Mostly remodeled with a great pool area.

The house was even better than advertised and worked out great for our multi-generation family stay.

I can’t say enough about this property. The location was great, very close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful. Myself and 5 other women stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house layout fit our needs perfectly. The house had everything we needed and more, (ex: beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers and even a cart to pack it all into). Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy and they are very responsive. Ron was fabulous and even went as far as to help us unload when we got there. I can’t thank the family and Ron for allowing us the opportunity to stay at this incredible house. We had so much fun and will hopefully be back!

This house is in a great location- so close to the beach! Easy access to town, restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space. Highly recommend for those interested

The house was Great! Steps to the beach and so comfortable! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room! The two master bedrooms were so luxurious! The pool and hot tub were wonderful too! Ronnie, who oversees the house couldn’t have been nicer ! Great guy! The whole experience was great ! Thinking of renting again next year! 5 out of 5 !!!

We had an amazing time at this home! The house was immaculate, everything was clean, and the pool/jacuzzi was just perfect. We had an overall great time here and everyone from the bachelor party would agree. Ronny was very helpful and responded to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay Toby and Ronny!

A perfect house for 10 women celebrating our college reunion. Just steps from a gorgeous beach and walking distance to great restaurants. The house is comfortable, the pool and hot tub are a plus. We loved gathering for morning coffee on the upstairs deck, days on the beach and afternoons by the pool. Ron is absolutely charming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!
