Not much

After being evacuated from Naples due to hurricane idalia we arrived late, room had broken air conditioning so had to wait while the guy fixed it, we were all just sat on the bed, wanting to go to sleep, then at 1am loud music woke us all up, next door was playing music so loud. We reported it and they turned it down only to turn it right back up again at 8am. We complained but nothing was taken seriously. Will think twice before staying at a W again.

O café da manhã nõ esta realmente incluido. Se trata de um voucher de U$ 50 dolares. No check in não é explicado isto e nem na reserva, tampouco no restaurante. No local do café dizem que não existe café incluido de forma alguma. Portanto e praticamente como ser enganado . Local do café também não é muito bom.

Great location food is really good

The bathroom lighting is terrible very dark but room was great view!

The pool was comfortable and the restaurants were good.

It felt a little dated and the rooms didn’t feel entirely clean.

The location and the perfect view of the ocean . The house keeping lady was very nice always offer to help .

First when I did the check In ( I send message to the Hotel to check in early I show up at 2:30pm) the room the give me was not ready . The pillows don’t have pillow cases And also no towels on the bathroom . When I ask the lady from housekeeping. She said the room was not ready yet . For been 5 star hotel was not worth the money I paid . The pillows need to be change And also the toilet room the door can’t be able to close and open . Because the pillow don’t have cover and can see old blood on the pillow ( dry) if that have the cover of course I won’t be able to see but that was not the case . Then my stay was only for two days . When it was chance to go the pool with my daughter the water was so cold I can pass that but I feel very uncomfortable with some guesses that have children ( playing with the sun cream lotion , taking the small cup inside the pool ) this make the pool water look terrible and was not body to tell anything to the parents to the kids that was not to play with . And also was not towel for the pool chairs .

We loved the location and the staff was extraordinary 👌.

The hotel was OK, but did not meet the standard of the other Ws I have stayed at in the past. Let me start by saying that we arrived a bit earlier and decided to wait by the pool. I received a call and text that my room was ready and when we went to retrieve the keys (after I had already checked-in), the lady at the front desk could not find any of my two reservations. She had an attitude as well. We had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to come and check. Her regard about the reservation being done through a "third party, not through the Ws website" did not really help her situation. She could not find me because she was not typing my full name. Besides this incident, the hotel is OK, some elevators were undergoing maintenance, so they were slow. The pool area was nice and so was the location. I would probably not return as there are many other hotels to choose from around that area or even Miami.

We loved the staff absolutely fantastic went above and beyond to help us and provide us with the best service our flight go cancel and we were so worried about wondering around with our suit cases and the front desk staff allowed us to have late check out which was amazing

Elevators were broken causing me to be late to my graduation, room was extremely muggy/humid upon arrival.

Not clean. Charged for snacks from room when we had it all removed along with the alcohol the second we arrived.

It’s was beautiful. The rooftop pool and DJ was a vibe. The ocean front views are gorgeous.

The staff was unhelpful and didn’t help at all after I told them what I need. Very unprofessional . I asked them to charge the card on file, drove 2 hours to my house after I made it the hotel to pick up my credit card and they still charged me twice for the room. On my debit card and Mastet card.

Location good. But it is expensive and the money paid in advance only portion applied to credit . Very confusing billing system. And you don’t have to charge in advance if we have to pay every day for breakfast

Parking expenses. Resort fee use less no enough service. Too small room in two bedroom no balcony door open. We told in advance four adults not enough facilities for four

there were multiple things wrong with the room, such as it smelled like mold, we were missing things. The refrigerator didn’t work. The light stayed on the elevators were broken so it took a very long time to go up or down. Not a good experience for a supposed five star hotel
