1. The location is great, plus it is really close to Whole Foods. The views are awesome!!!!! 2. It was quiet. 3. The hall and lobby look great. 4. There is a blender. It was a little bit broken, but we could do our green smoothies. 5. There is an iron and an ironing board. There is a drier for hand washing too, a little bit rusty, but we were glad we had it. 6. We like the shampoo and a lot of cleaning stuff. We loved the bathtab. 7. There is a washing machine and drier and dishwashing.

1. Thanks to the guy helping us get into the app, he sent us the video. It should be done BEFORE we spent 3 hours in the lobby. And awful work that nobody told us how to open the lock. I mean it is not only the cord. you need to turn the little thing in the curtain direction and you need to know how exactly to turn it. We spent almost 3 hours in the lobby and couldn't use the lift. It was the biggest minus from our stay. I hope nobody will get in such trouble anymore. You need to know more than just the code. You need to know how to turn that tiny thing or you will never get in. And all the stuff except the guy later just told us nothing they could do. So what? We almost left for another hotel. It was really bad I was too tired and upset. 2. The towels were dirty with many ugly spots. Why not use bleach or something to clean them properly? And the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. 3. The sofa was falling apart all the colors, so all the tiny pieces of color were all around the body after you stood up from it. I recommend putting on something, like a cover. It is not easy to use that sofa. 4. Sauna didn't work.

Location and decor of the place.

Was not clean, only one roll of toilet paper and only 3 towels. Washer and dryer were not working.

Poor check in process and after arrival there were roaches on the kitchen counter. 2 towels were provided for a reservation made for 4 people. The host doesn’t answer phone calls when you call them after check in. See picture below for shampoo and conditioner provided. One small bottle was provided for the whole weekend. Just a very poor experience overall

Great apartment great views would recommend this for short stay downtown Miami .
