Condo was so nice. Janet had fantastic communication. Check in was so easy. Free parking. Close to everything. We even had an electrical issue due to bad storm and it was fixed right after contacting Janet. Would go back to this property. Loved everything about it. Thank you Janet for all the communication and checking up on us and suggestions for food and activities.

We were in town for a mini vacation while enjoying the Singing in the sun event at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The property was very accomadating and the location was great. Our hostess was very responsive and cared about our comfort. I would definitely book with her again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The property was steps away from the beach. It was conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Lovely property! Comfortable beds, good equipment in the kitchen. Chosen for the fact it was classified as a handicapped unit, for my mother. Hallways & doorways were wider than usual, shower head was perfect. Wish it had a walk-in shower, but otherwise perfect!

Very convenient to things we wanted to do. Host was very communicative from start to finish. Perfect location and view. Plan to return in the future.

If you love the beach and seek relaxation and great restaurants this is the place for you. Lovely accomadations in a perfect location.

Advertised as handicap accessible which meant a large bathroom. Bathtubs were high and we needed to use a portable handrail to get into the shower. Hallway washing machines water pump was so loud you could not talk in living room while it was used. Ice machine in fridge did not work. Got ice from 4th floor but it was wet ice so it froze to a solid block in freezer and had to be chipped. There are no plugs for electronics and few outlets. On arrival a title was laying on the bathroom floor and 1 chair on balcony was broken. Place was clean and had good linens. Agent responded to messages but did nothing to make things better.

Just like the description states, condo was spacious, clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Janet sent all reservation information prior to our arrival to make everything as smooth and easy as possible.

Communication with owner was excellent, always kept us informed, checked in often to make sure everything was ok and that we were able to get into the unit without any issues. Rental was described exactly like what was advertised. Unit was very clean and my wife and I are very picky when it comes to a clean rental. Would definitely stay there again, met and exceeded our expectations.

The condo was very clean and conveniently located to main attractions. The owner, Janet was easily accessible and kept us informed of check-in/check-out procedures. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Apprehensive first, but the VRBO experience, and the Property were immaculate. The Host is very interactive and sends you enough and more communication of steps involved. As an example, the address is misleading, but if you pay attention to the communication to put a specific ZIP it works. The no-person, automatic check-in was very smooth. Good property to stay and on the beach. Thx - will definitely refer and/or stay again.

The condo was amazing and the location was perfect! Being on the second floor was so convenient. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 4. Having 2 balconies was a treat! Janet the host went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be back to this condo.

The Condo was clean and the beach was very easy to access from the condo. There were restaurants in walking distance and some shopping. Take you own beach towels, they are not provided. The Pool area was unkept and as were the common areas of the building - not terrible but it needed attention. Overall it was a good option for the area.

A group of 2 couples stayed, plenty of room, very clean and great location! Beautiful view off the balcony of the beach and ocean. Janet was awesome at communicating with us and so helpful!

We had a great time. The unit was clean and nice and the manager did a great job communicating. The tower itself needed help the elevators, floors and windows was dirty but it did have a indoor pool, a outdoor pool and a small lazy river and it’s located right on the beach.

We had such a great time!! This condo’s location was awesome & seemed right in the middle of everything. It was great being on the 2nd floor, especially with 2 young children & a bunch of beach stuff. The balcony views were amazing as well!

Stayed in Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. The weather was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. There are places to eat within walking distance. The parking situation is confusing at first as it is across the street from the building. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes for preparing meals. Only has salt and pepper so bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. Bring some coffee filters, if you plan to make coffee. The unit sits above the pool area plus there was construction so there was a lot of noise all the time. Overall, we had a wonderful time and had absolutely no issues with the unit. I think it would have been perfect if the we were at a higher level.

The place was nice enough, on line it looked beautiful surrounding, but there was construction going on in front patio and pool while we were there, so we could not enjoy it & no gym usage even when they advertised it

Very clean, wll furnished, and well kept up condo, it has 2 very comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, each has its own full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything necessary to make most meals if we wanted to eat in. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

I have stayed at this resort 2 times before. This was probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in so far. Janet was very easy to get a hold of and always texted right back. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The "starter" supplies were very helpful. We decided last minutes to make a quick trip to the beach and was happy this condo was available. I wish I knew ahead of time that the pool was closed for renovations. But it wasn't really a problem. We will definitely return to Myrtle Beach and seek out Janet's properties to rent.

Everything was as good as it gets!

Very nice stay. Janet was polite and easy to contact. She always replied to my messaging a timely manner. The only issue was the living room TV. She sent a repairman the day we contacted her. We will stay again.
