The location was perfect for us because we attended a concert at the Spectrum Center. It was maybe a 2 minute walk there. The room was much more spacious than we expected. The staff we encountered were phenomenal!

I wish we didn't have to pay a fee for parking, but that's understandable when staying downtown.

Spectrum Center is conveniently located by the hotel where we attended a concert. Their breakfast was very good but should remain open until 10:00. The rooftop bar was closed after the concert which was disappointing..

Air conditioning didn't work well. Staff did nothing to correct the issue.

Location and price point compared to my normal choices for the weekend.

There were no bed clothes in the unit for the pull out. Called desk at 9:30 to request them and no one answered phone. Went down to desk and no one was there, luckily saw Maintenace man who said the desk was closed and to go to lower level lobby of the sister hotel. Need to forward the phone as not being able to reach front desk was very unsafe and super lousy guest service. Breakfast options were Super 8 quality.

The location was convenient to the convention center and to restaurants.Did not try the breakfast the hours are too short and inconvenient they should stay open until at least 10am.The elevator service was also inconvenient because you only have 4 elevators for the entire hotel.

I finally got checked in at 4:15 after getting there at 2:30 and being told they were busy and rooms were not ready and they would call me when the room was ready after they had not yet called me by 4:00 we went back to the hotel and at 4:00 and were told the room would be ready soon.We checked in supposedly for 6 days at least that is what our reservations were for and on the 2nd day they came to our room not once but twice telling us we were supposed to vacate the room by 11am and we needed to go to the desk.We did where we were treated rudely and were told we had a problem and they were trying to help us fix it. All we did was make the reservations for 6 days.At the desk we were treated rudely and told we needed help and all they were doing was helping us like we had created the problem and I was told to quiet down. When we asked to get our room cleaned we were told we had opted out of that service which we had not and once again they helped us with our created problem. When we finally got our room cleaned the security latched somehow closed and we were locked out of our room until security came and got us into our room. Had to ask for additional towels every day because they only give you 2 bath towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths at a time . Wi-Fi went completely out 2 times while we were there . The cleaning staff,security,and the crew on P2 lobby were the only friendly staff at the hotel. We were in town for a convention and we would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and we will never stay there again . If this is what Marriott is happy being represented by then his will probably be our last stay at any Marriott property.

The location was excellent and the room Was clean

The valet company that they hired was inefficient and I ended up walking needlessly outside in the heat.

During check in we ran into a small problem but Mrs.Tasha took care of everything in a matter of seconds. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tasha was welcoming, patient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Everything exceeded expectations. I will definitely be booking again and recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family.
