The home was beautiful, well maintained, and was a great stay for my family. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a great place to stay, close to the stadium, and had great amenities.

This was a great location to attend events at NRG Center. Also centrally located in the city as a whole. The unit is very nice and comfortable.

We were in town for the rodeo and this place was perfect. Easy in and out and a short distance to NRG stadium. John was extremely easy to work with. The property was exceptionally clean! Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. John was wonderful to work with as this was a last minute booking for us. It was just a short drive for my kids to get to the rodeo and me to my corporate office. The home was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be doing business with John in the future.

Manager was very responsive. Check-in and check-out was easy. Great location close to downtown, Rice Village, Braes Heights, Galleria, and Memorial. Beautiful decor with everything we needed. We loved it.

I booked this home for a baby shower for approx 10 ladies. I think the home is lovely and beautifully decorated with lots of care and thought. The property is listed as appropriate for groups and I strongly disagree that it is suitable for such. It has a beautiful pool and is located in a great area for doing something at NRG. John was abrasive and stressful to deal with and was only kind and courteous once I checked out and showed him how spotless I left the place. You could tell having groups at his properties made him uneasy and he even threatened to cancel my reservation (or not honor it) if I didn’t get him the make and models of all the cars parking. We agreed I would get that to him, but as folks know who have planned baby showers, etc. that can be challenging to get. If he would have said in advance, only have 3 cars parked in visitor and day of, please share make and model I think that would have been appropriate. There is really not much parking at property and thus not an appropriate venue for events. I spoke to hotel manager of nearby hotel to let me park 2 extra cars. We only had 3 cars park in the visitor spots from 1-4 only on Saturday. It all worked out in the end and the mama to be was swooning over how beautiful the house was, so ultimately that is what matters. I enjoyed the house and my 2 yo loved the pool.
