We had a lovely stay at Sia Residence and I have to say the suite had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We only spent 1 night. The personal helped us with an early check-in and an event earlier check-out. As bonus they offered an airport translate at 5:00am free of charge.

As a downsize I would say the lack of cafeteria or small dinning place, but to be honest there's a great restaurant just in front of the hotel where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner .

Clean, near the airport, easy to find.

We arrived late and inside the room was not wifi password, on our requests the owner did not replied neither on arrival nor next morning. Everything else was good.

We arrived super early (around 9 AM) and, even though check-in time is after 14:00, the staff were nice enough to have our room ready early. They let us check-in at 11:30, which was great since we were after a long road for most of the night.

The exterior of the building could be maintained better.

Nothing to like. This was one of the worst reservations I ever had.

1. We reserved a twin room and we got a double. 2. As per room description, our room was supposed to have a kitchenette, kitchenware, desk, coffee maker. It had none of these. Not even proper cups, we had to drink from unsealed, disposable, plastic cups. 3. Sound proofing exists only in description. In reality we heard everything our neighbors were doing. EVERYTHING! 4. The room we received is not even in the showcased photos. It was a lot smaller than anything on display. Probably they only list photos from the nicer units. I will enclose a 360 photo of the room, to show we barely had room to move around. 5. Found quite a few hair strands in the bed, floor, bathroom. 6. Floor was sticky. 7. Toilet seat was broken. 8. Free parking means that if you are lucky to get one of the four places in front of the place you are benefitting of free parking. Otherwise you are free to park on the other side of the road, on the field, next to a ditch. 9. At our check-in, in the night, when we reported all the problems to the host, their response was that we are free to refuse our room and cancel our booking. If it were not late and we were not as tired, I would have left. These were only the major inconveniences, I will not even go into the small ones.

The position is very good, with the airport and grocery stores nearby.

Electric kettle in the room would be great.

Communicative place, a lot of shops around. The room was warm, wi-fi was fast.

The lamps on the night shelves were not working. The pillows were rather low.

I was between flights with 2 children and the owner was kind enough to agree an early check in .Our stay was only for a few hours from 8:30 -16:00 (paid full price) ,but I was pleased to know my children in a safe place. Next to the location there are many shopping options (food and non food),which is very convenient.

The room was full of dust,the bathroom was not clean enough, the curtains with dust and an unpleasent smwll coming from the bathroom. The triple room had 1 table and 1 chair.. The shower cabin was not functioning. The hallway dirty with mud and the whole aspect is not like in the pictures. I asked the lady owner if an airport transfer is possible (reading other reviews,I understand that this option was a free service for other guests) and after a few seconds she decided: "we'll get an Uber". So,I made my own Uber order and with 20 lei I was at the airport. For the same amount definitely is worth staying in a hotel.

The apartment was convenient for the airport and it was useful that we could park outside but that was the only positive things.

We specifically booked this apartment as it said it had a separate bedroom and cooking facilities. I was travelling with my husband, a friend and my daughter who has special needs and is very limited in what she will eat so I needed to be able to cook a simple meal for her. The bedroom is open to the living area where the other beds are with no door between. The kitchenette had no pans, one glass, two bowls, one spoon and a knife and this was an apartment for four people! We asked for a pan at reception and were told they couldn’t provide one as they didn’t want people to use the stove because the cooking smells linger in the bedroom. We pointed out that it shouldn’t be advertised as having a working stove and were told it does work, they just don’t want it to be used! Although there was a kettle there were no cups to be able to make a drink. In the living area there are two beds but there is also a floor to ceiling window with no curtain. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so banged all night until we wedged it with a towel. We don’t recommend that anyone books this apartment but if you do, you should also know that it is on the third floor with no lift.
