Host was friendly and responsive. House served its purpose. Just be aware, while technically the house is a 10 minute walk to Disney, it’s a 25+ minute walk to the Disney theme parks (and we are an active fast walking family).

Overall had all basic requirements for our 5 day stay. Wonderful out door space with water toys for the kids and BBQ and lounge area for adults. Convient location close to Disneyland.

The place was clean and the host was very responsive with any questions I had. Definitely would stay again if we took a Disneyland trip again.

We road tripped out to California from Nebraska. We pulled in the driveway to have our transmission die on us. This home was in the perfect location…walking distance to Disney. The backyard is wonderful. We spent a lot of our time out there. Needless to say the stress of a new transmission could’ve ruined our trip but this home allowed us to relax and enjoy our time with our kids. Florinda is quick to reply and help with anything.

The property was perfect for visiting Disneyland. Comfortable beds and very clean. Had a great backyard for afternoon breaks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The layout and furnishings emphasized comfort. The property was extremely clean and well supplied with everything from shampoo to spices in the cabinet. The location cannot be beat! We will be staying here again, in the future!

We had the best time on this trip! The house was exactly as described. It was one of the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. You could beat it. We walked to Disney every day. Highly recommended it!

Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect. There where 9 of us, ages 9-72. Anything we needed was there for us and Florinda was an excellent host. The pool was heaven on our days off from the parks. The house itself is beautiful, amazing back yard with the fire table and BBQ. It’s also perfectly located for waking to Disney. About an 18-20 min walk to the gates of Disney, 12-15 to downtown Disney. Couldn’t ask for anything else for our perfect Disney family vacation. Can’t wait to stay again.

Walked to Disneyland every day, so close! Grocery, restaurant, gas options are numerous within a 1.5 mile radius. Pool was clean, fun yard space equipped for kids and adults to relax and have fun. Plenty of seating indoors and great appliances. Very clean, easy to find, great parking.

We really enjoyed this home. The location is perfect for Disneyland. We went to the park three days and walked every day. It is little over a mile walk one-way to the park entrance, but we felt like it would still save time and hassle over driving, parking, taking the tram, etc. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard were beautiful. We were definitely happy with the place and would go there again in a heartbeat. We've stayed at many VRBO homes and highly recommend this one.

Everything was nice and cozy. Pretty home. Was a little different that the owner met us at the property but over all good.

What’s perfect? Location, back yard, pool, at brooms, comfort of beds and seating, amenities, appliances, communication with Florinda…too many things to mention. We absolutely loved everything about this property. The house is impeccable, the hospitality obvious, the towels plentiful, the pool and outdoor space amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

We are a family of 8 5 adults 2 children 8 and 10 and an infant not quite 1 . We had a wonderful time ! The pool was great we enjoyed it everyday The walk to Disneyland was about 15 min we walked it ever day we attended the park . We stayed at the house 8 days. This house was great for our family of five. It had everything we needed and as walking distance to Disneyland. We really enjoyed the pool to cool off in the middle of the day before heading back to Disneyland for the evening. Florinda was great and was quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house. Everything needed was provided and then some. The private pool was the best. I never got in the pool at all the hotels we've ever stayed at but i got in everyday here. We're from texas and this was the best we've stayed at in 10 years of travel ball.

We loved our stay at this property. Disneyland is a quick 1km walk away, so close we left the parks every day to have a dip in the pool before heading back. Speaking of the pool - it is beautiful! We made full use of it - kids and adults. The space was more then adequate for our group (4 adults and 5 pre teen and teenage boys). We loved the fireplace table in the back yard - we used it every night to wind down following our busy days. Having 3 bathrooms was such an asset on early Disney days. The location was also super convenient for a walk to target, restaurants , a cheap Uber to the outlet malls and for grocery delivery. The house is well stocked with all the essentials you would need to cook, clean and eat. It is beautifully furnished and has easy set up to access both wifi and your streaming networks if desired. I really can’t say enough - we would 100% stay here again and really hope we get the chance too. Thank you Florinda!

Every time I find a great vrbo I don’t want to give it a good review because I want you keep it all to myself. This was the perfect place for my family’s Disneyland vacation. Right across the street from the convention center and just a $6 Uber to Disneyland. It’s location was great for playing at the park and then coming back for a rest, a swim in the pool and some non park food before going back to the park. Walmart will deliver groceries same day to the house and the house was stocked with all kinds of amenities needed for a home cooked meal. The backyard is stunning and great for a relaxing evening of barbecuing and visiting with family. The owner is very nice, responds quickly and takes great care of her home. Will definitely rent again!

Great location. We were able to walk to Disneyland with the kids. Property was clean, well appointed, had comfortable beds, and even condiments and spices. The pool was fantastic. My only suggestion is it needs more silverware. We’d stay there again if we were going to Disneyland. We could even see the fireworks from the front yard

I booked this house over a year before our trip. I had multiple conversations with the owner about the amenities. On check in day I messaged asking for the code to access the house. The code was sent and I thought we were all set. Multiple party members were already in Anaheim while I was flying in that day. At 11 AM on check in day I received a note from the property owner that they were canceling my booking and refunding my money. Their excuse was that they had double booked the house and decided to kick my party out. This was a busy holiday weekend and a big convention in town so there was very little left in accommodations. Owner kept giving me excuse after excuse and blamed the error on me and VRBO. This left me day of check in trying to find alternate rooms at inflated prices. The owner said I have to take it up with VRBO and deal with them. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with them the first time and they said they would find us alternate rooms and I would have an email about them in 15 minutes. 3 hours later I was still waiting for the email and had to call them back and spend another 2 hours on the phone. They only found us rooms for 2 nights of our stay and then tried to get us to move to a location that was 10 miles away from the convention center. I was forced to find a place for us to stay the rest of our trip and interrupt our vacation to switch hotels for our entire party. DO NOT BOOK with Florinda. They will cancel on you day of check in and leave you high and dry and blame you.

We could not have been happier! Everything about the property was fantastic! We enjoyed our time in Disneyland and our time at the house.

Two adults, 4 teens ages 14-17. Plenty of room, incredibly clean property. Great location to the park, easy walking distance. Very nice pool even though we didn’t use it, cool propane fire pit in the back to relax by. Easy check in, check out, property is very secure with an easy to use alarm and there is use of the two car garage. All the basics included at the house including coffee and extras. Towels, toiletries, all there. TV’s in every room. Florinda is an incredible host, very helpful and informative on the surrounding area. She made the process extremely easy and made our family feel welcome in her home. Absolutely will stay here again in the future. Thanks again!

Home was spotless and perfect for a larger group. Backyard is perfect for summer swimming. Not heated. Grounds are well kept. Just a mile to Disneyland.

Clean, comfortable house within walking distance from Disneyland. The pool area looks lovely though we didn't have chance to enjoy it. Our group had a great time and we'd definitely stay here again.
