There were 13 of us if the house for a week, 6 adults and 7 children, in town to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. We had plenty of room and lots of fun, and felt welcomed because Malcolm, the host, was so very kind, responsive and helpful. Its a beautiful house in a great neighborhood and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property for a family holiday week! Lots of beds, bathrooms and great room for us to enjoy a birthday and holiday week! Perfect for large multi-generational families who wanted a large space to relax and hang out while giving lots of space for teenagers to spend away from grownups. Great property!

Great house. Crazy neighbor.
The house is beautiful and was just what we needed for our stay. That said, the listing says no more than two cars can park in the driveway, but what that really means is if a third car even enters the driveway, the neighbor (who has cameras pointed at the house you're renting and stood outside to watch us unload our cars) will call the home owner and complain. We hadn't even been at the house for 5 minutes when I got a call telling me that I was breaking the rules. What rule you ask? A third car (carrying the bride-to-be and her parents) entered the driveway to drop of some wedding supplies at the house. Wasn't even parked, just stopped so we could get things from the car. Other than that initial encounter, the house was perfect and the rest of the weekend went without a hitch.

Our family members ranging in age from 8 to 82 were comfortable and entertained. The open plan kitchen and living room and the expandable dining table accommodated all.

Great house for kids
The parking situation is a little much when you have multiple families and need to unload. But the house was nice. Game room a big hit. Loved the little park down the street.

Great place to stay for a family. I took 10 guys there for a weekend in Portland, dont take rowdy friends is my advice.

This beautiful home with a fenced yard and air-conditioning met our needs and then some!
Great house. When our AC quit, we needed a fenced yard and AC. We're so thankful that this beautiful place was available. We'll be back under better circumstances!

Super Vacation
We recently visited Portland and we could not have been more pleased with this home we stayed in. Everything was just so nice! The home is very spacious with a great floor plan so our entire family could relax comfortably. Beds were awesome! The owner was very attentive and really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Clean Home
Clean home, with good living room and Kitchen. Our stay was for 6weeks. I would recommend it. Owner was attentive and resolved issues as they presented themselves. Would have been nice to have the grill available to use and to have storage to place clothes during stay.

Clean, spacious new home
We needed a place to stay after doing STP. This home was very comfortable. Had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable, and the hot tub felt great after a 204 mile bike ride!

Fantastic!
What a great house! It's exactly as it looks in the pictures, except pictures can't do justice to the comfort and cleanliness. We all slept so well in the comfy beds! The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and a few extras that were really useful. We loved the back yard and the hot tub, too! The owners were so friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. The location of the house is excellent to access public transportation and/or the highways to get to a lot of different places. The park down the street is a great retreat for the kids, and a very short, SAFE walk. We had a really great experience here, and loved the Portland area as well! Great place for a family vacation.

Comfortable home in great location
We stayed here for a larger family vacation. It was a great experience! The home is very well set up for a larger group, with communal couches for convenient sitting and the family and a great backyard.
The location makes it easy to get west towards the coastline, the vineyards, and is a very short distance to the zoo and most of downtown.

Perfect vacation rental!
We stayed at this rental home over Presidents Day weekend. The home is perfect - very clean and well kept. You really don't need to pack ANYTHING as they provide everything for you...all the way down to the doggie poop bags. The home is very cozy and we had a great time just cooking dinner, lounging on the couch with the fireplace on watching movies. The owner gives you access to his Netflix and Hulu accounts to enjoy movies as you wish!
We really liked the fact that the home is pet friendly as we rarely get to travel with dogs. The owner, Malcolm is very responsive and will reply back to messages in a matter of minutes. Overall - this is a 5 star vacation rental. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked kitchen. Easy access to freeway. great hot tub.
This was the perfect house for our family gathering during the holidays. The hot tub was warm and ready to go and the home was large and comfortable. All of the beds were very cozy and there were plenty of towels and plenty of equipment in the kitchen to prepare our family dinner. I will definately recommend this house and we will certainly stay here again.

Quality built, well appointed home with hot tub.
4 of us (3 generations) spent 3 nights at this home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway. The house is built back away from any road so time spent in hot tub or on the patio is really quiet. Nice open floor-plan, comfortable decorated. Found some great restaurants in Beaverton. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. Would stay again and recommend to friends
