This is a beautiful property in a great location for racing fans in the summer. Everything was clean and updated. This is an old home with great bones and very creative updating for a really comfortable stay. It is a short walk to the main strip on Broadway and a 10-minute walk to the track. A nice and responsive owner. What is not to like? Thank you for a great week!

3 couples stratifies 5 nights. The house is within walking distance to everything including track, restaurants and 2 markets. David and Linda were quick to answer questions. Great outdoor space that we utilized everyday. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and felt like home. Will definitely stay here again.

Dave and Linda were excellent hosts for this wonderful home. The house has everything you need, with the kitchen being well appointed to cook a meal, and plenty of blankets and towels. There is a large grass area, a nice outdoor seating with a grill and hot tub to use. The home was decorated with beautiful art and furnishings. The house was very clean and welcoming the minute we walked in. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to downtown where there are many excellent restaurants and shops. Also only minutes away from SPAC and the track. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in and when traveling back to Saratoga Springs-we would definitely stay here again.

Right away you see the attention to every little detail in interior - pictures, furniture, decor. Everything in this house tells you how much love and care the owner put into it. We felt like we've been truly welcomed in this house and we really appreciated overall experience. It was honestly well beyond our expectations! Needless to say, all the amenities we could think of were there, and location is just perfect!

The hosts were very accommodating to our bicycling group, providing safe storage for our bikes. After a challenging bike ride, we were rewarded with wonderful showers, (one for each bed room) and some quality hot tub time. The kitchen was equipped beyond belief for a rental. The location was central to all that the town has to offer by foot! Amazing private outdoor spaces, ample parking and spacious indoor accommodations. We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's place. What a wonderful house! And you can't beat the location. Short walk into town and the racetrack. Everything worked and was as advertised. No surprises, other than pleasant ones.

David was amazing; he called us beforehand and met us at the property. He offered oysters from a recent trip.

Lovely and charming home within walking distance of most everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. Owner was great with communication. Three nice bedrooms, each with its own bath, meant everyone was very comfortable. Outdoor spaces were wonderful, with nice sitting areas, and a hot tub in the back, private area. Lovely plantings and lawns as well.
To top it all off, well behaved pets are welcome, and our dog, Elvis, loved the place - and being close to Congress Park for walking, and so many dog-friendly places to eat and drink it made for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

The Eastside Grand Dame is a wonderful home. It has All the charming characteristics of an older home but it has been updated to provide the modern conveniences we have all become accustomed to - bathrooms with great water pressure, even Air Conditioning flow throughout the house, new kitchen appliances, including dishwasher. All the furniture is comfortable and attractive, it is a very pleasant home to stay in. The house is emaculate and clutter free. The terrace seating area is private because of a hedge that surrounds the property, the terrace furniture is very comfortable. The owners provided a lot of helpful information about the house and the area. They were also available to call or text with any question we may have had. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the house!

We stayed here with a group of friends over a long weekend. David was incredibly helpful in advance of our stay and provided all the information we would need. The house itself did not disappoint! It is as described, very roomy and perfect for a group. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space is very large and fantastic for frisbee or other sports (or just spending the day lying out). The walk to town through the park is really quick! Was easy to get anywhere we needed in Saratoga.

We stayed in this lovely home, entertaining family and friends, for a week in the fall of 2014. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was great, exactly what we were looking for; the location was perfect, right in the heart of Saratoga Springs; and the owner was wonderful to work with, willing to do anything necessary to make us feel welcome and at home. The house and the area were described perfectly by the owner. There were no surprises. If we decide to go back to the Saratoga Springs area in the future, we will definitely try to rent this house again. I recommend this property without slightest reservation. You might be able to find a less expensive place in the area, but you will not find a nicer house, a more perfect location, or a more accommodating owner.

Just rented this house for a week at the beginning of race season in Saratoga. What a pleasure - great location, 10 minutes walk to the track and fie minutes to Broadway in town. Best location around and the owners were incredible hosts and were always available to answers any questions. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was great for cooking, the bar-b-que on the front deck was awesome, we had a fantastic cookout. Hot tub in the back was very nice as well. Overall, the house was great, highly recommend.

This beautiful home provided a great setting for our annual girls' weekend get-away. We were comfortable relaxing, catching-up and generally enjoying our weekend. The hot tub was easy to access and use, the decorating was inviting and well done and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked into town for dinner and other outings several times throughout the weekend, and did easily walk to the track while out walking. Many thanks to the owners for their kindness and the use of their fabulous home.

Top notch! We arrived to a perfectly clean and absolutely gorgeous home. The decor is a comfortable and stylish mix of old and new, with beautiful attention to detail both in the renovations that were done, and to the little things that make a guest feel at home (like towels laid out and q-tips in the bathroom.) Be sure to check out the book they made showing the history of the house. The outdoor spaces are as beautiful as the inside with pretty patios, deck and yard, with a big hot tub that was great to relax in after walking around all day.
The house is a very easy walk into town and track, with beautiful neighborhoods for walking around in. Lots of great restaurants in town to choose from. Happy Hour cocktails & tapas at Boca Bistro and dinner at Chianti's and Maestro's were our favorites.
Lastly the owners were extremely nice and accommodating from beginning to end, making sure our stay was perfect. Would absolutely rent this house again if we came back to the area and would highly recommend it!
