This is a wonderful place for a trip to Santa Barbara. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with amenities making for a very comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet area of West Beach with easy walking distance to the beach, the funk zone, and shops and restaurants. There is even a few small grocery stores around the corner to grab snacks and staples. But everything in Santa Barbara is just a quick drive away. Such a wonderful city to explore! I would definitely return!

Everything you need in a cozy apartment space. Very accessible to
Restaurants and beach. Good directions and suggestions for activities and access. Apartment was a little dated needed a bit a a refresh but comfortable. Painters were there the entire time and we needed to know this beforehand. They were parked in our spot a couple of times, and they were working in and around the unit. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment. Nicely appointed. Kitchen met our needs. Comfortable bed. Great little outside deck. Parking was fine for us but lot might be challenging for big vehicles when building/lot is full. Owner responsive when we needed something.

What a great find! Location was excellent for walking to the harbor, beach, shops and restaurants. Very charming old building with updated and renovated units with character and personality. Bedroom was quiet and dark for great sleeping, on a super comfy bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, new appliances, and even a gas Weber grill on the deck. The furniture was comfortable and they even had fans. We had a great stay and would return!

Wonderful time in Santa Barbara. Condo unit was as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, perfect for a couple. Location was perfect, we parked the car and walked to the beach, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood is quiet. The patio and lounge chairs are very nice and relaxing. Definitely enjoyed our stay at the Affordable Beach Getaway.

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 3 days while exploring Santa Barbara for the first time. The condo had everything we needed and was extremely clean! We are already planning to return and stay at this beautiful condo!

We have stayed in this apartment before and we were very happy to return for a 10 night stay. Excellent location and the apartment is very comfortable.
I like to read a book on the sun lounges and although the weather was a bit chilly it was warm in the sun.
Easy flat walk to the shopping area in State street and very close and quick walk to the beach.
The bedroom has block out curtains and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Great location just a couple blocks to the beach and very shot walk to to pier. Love the big, rambling yellow house with this unit on the second floor ( and the fun balcony ! )
Everything is just right, with lovely decor, a big comfy bed, plenty of closet space, etc. A perfect spot of a couple's getaway - so glad we chose this place!

This unit is fantastic. It is cozy and fits our needs perfectly. The location can't be beat. This is our third time staying here and we are planning on returning again next year.

Overall we really liked our stay. The furniture and fixtures were clean and comfortable and well suited to the property.
We have two comments regarding what might improve the property The front hallway closet had a musty smell, which was off putting when we first entered. Also, as we are from the midwest, we were not used to the softened water. Lastly, there were a few ants in both the kitchen and bathroom.

We were surprised at how large this one bedroom unit was! Very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Such a nice space, building is older but we like old funky homes so it worked , great location close to beach and great restaurants
Also the landlord provided perfect instructions for checking in and out no stress on checking out and this is huge for me.

We loved the location, at walking distance to most of downtown Santa Barbara! The unit is in a well-maintained building and dedicated parking was a great bonus. We were there during a serious heat wave, and unfortunately, just like this home, I would imagine that a lot of homes in Santa Barbara don't have AC. The fans could have been better in the apartment, but aside from that we had a good time!

Wonderful property and location. Carpet badly needs a serious cleaning or better yet, replace it. This unit tends to be hot in the summer - no AC and only one rickety box fan. Vent fan in bathroom is taped together and needs to be replaced.

We keep returning to this location because we love the closeness to the beach and State St. The owners have set up an extraordinary place to stay. We will keep coming back!

Amazing property in amazing location.
Just a five minute walk to the beach, this sweet apartment provides a perfect jumping off point for Santa Barbara adventures. I came for work and stayed in another unit in the building. I loved it so much I booked this unit for my next trip. It’s close to everything you want to do in downtown Santa Barbara. I walked everywhere. Restaurants a few blocks away, beach a few blocks away and a quiet location away from the noise. I love these units and will most definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice - 2 beach chairs would have been nice. We bought 2 at CVS and left them in the unit.

I do recognize this is Santa Barbara in March but we ended up paying way over the listed price per night. Just something to think about when you book.
