Easy check in check out. Clean environment. Could use some updates (especially kitchen table and chairs).

Our family had a great time here. For the price, you really can’t complain. We spent most of our time outside at the beach or the pool! We hope to visit again!

My husband needed a place to stay for a couple weeks while our home was being maintained. We had a lovely stay. The location and condo was nice and safe overall. The furnishing and kitchen supplies were not fancy but very adequate. The managers were very responsive and addressed minor requests right away. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay near Dana Point. Katherine

Great location, A/C good, water heater good! Bad : TV Cox selection poor unless you like c-span. Refrig. ice maker down and trays leaked. We replaced trays. Shower curtain liner moldy, needs to be replaced. Overall condition is aged! Spend some money to upgrade and charge a higher price that property deserves.

We had good communication and our questions were answered promptly. The condo has a nice floor plan and although the amenities (pool and clubhouse) were closed due to public health mandates, we were able to socially distance and walk the beach or nearby trails.

Everything was great, location. Check in process, price for the area etc. However, advertised as sleeps 4+. There was one before and 2 roll always. No problem except there was only one set of linens for the roll aways... Would have been nice to have a set of sheets. Pillow and blanket for each of the beds....

Quiet, close to the beach, and plenty of eating options around.

We were in town for a short time, staying in Dana point. We found these condos Summer 2018 and love the location. This condo is just as advertised and was a great place to stay. With the pool in condo just outside the front door everything seem to be within arms reach. Great condo complex we will definitely be back

My sisters and I had a fantastic weekend at your condo! It had everything we needed and was close to shopping and dining. We were in town for a music festival. The distance to and from the event could not be beat! Also loved having the pool area so close. And Salt Creek Beach was AMAZING! We will definitely be back! Thanks :)

This was a great location for our family and was very comfortable. Everything was easy to find and in great shape.

This was a great location as we were visiting my 21 year old son and needed and place that was accessible to restaurants, coffee, shopping and water activities. It was also great to have had a grill to hang out after a busy day. Condo is nicely situated for privacy and the complex offers amenities if you want to stay close to home

We really enjoyed ourselves, and the walk to the beach was awesome. The pool and workout room was next to the Condo so we did not gave to go far. Thanks again Michael!!

The location for a Dana Point-Laguna Niguel Beach vacation is unrivaled. For context, it's appx. 1 mile up from the Ritz Carlton Hotel on the ocean and 1/4 mile from the Monarch Beach Resort Hotel. Two of the most expensive hotels for many mile. The easily accessible Salt Creek Beach is directly below the Ritz Carlton. Everything, everything you need is within a 2 mile radius. The property and rental unit itself is perfect. The lush property - built I would guess in the early 1970's - is intimate, quiet and lovely. Nothing is over two stories. It's not only perfectly located, It's a guard gated community staffed round the clock. If you owned the unit you wouldn't need to even lock the door. The rental unit is large, clean, aesthetically warm and inviting. It has everything one needs for a perfect VaCa. More than what is included in the VRBO listing. My limited communications with the Owner could not have been easier and more pleasant. The overall "homey" feel of the unit suggests it may once have once been occupied by the owner. It is well loved. It was obvious if anything wasn't working in the unit the owner would have it taken care of immediately. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. And; value for the $$$ is without question. As I think about my above review, I find myself conflicted. I fear it won't be available the next time I return. Cheers. marc m. Denver, CO

This unit is "tired and in need of repairs and a deep cleaning throughout. Noise transfer from upper unit and drafty front door. Several expired packages of food left in the kitchen including moldy guacamole in fridge. Wad of hair found on kitchen floor, cobwebs on LR ceiling and filthy laundry room. Vacuum cleaner was caked in dirt and clogged immediately and shut down when we tried to use it....also bought a floor mat for the bathroom as there was none. Pillows, old and dingy. Extra blankets grungy with strands of hair on them. Rubber tub mat was well-worn. Slow bathroom tub and sink drains. 13 days without a working furnace meant waiting around for service people to assess, estimate and repair the furnace. Feb. 2019 was the coldest since 1962! Bathroom fan also went out and needed to be replaced. Having paid for 6 weeks (Feb. 1-Mar. 15, 2019) we simply had to "grin and bear it". Given the glowing advertisement and many favorable reviews we expected much better. GENERALLY A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! For the past month the owner has been completely unresponsive to our requests for a refund of a portion of the monies paid

Located so close to downtown Dana, such a beautiful little apartment. Very happy with the hot tub and pool right out the back door as well!
