Poor experience, they make you pay extra if you want to stay there if you book from bookings.com . Even though Oyo customer service told me that it's not necessary, they still made me pay it. And the washed stinks 🤢. It's overpriced, you could get an absolutely wonderful room in Munnar for the same price.

They dint provide me the rooms since it was booked from your site, also stated they don't accept the bookings from your site as in their policy says so. Disappointed with the overall experience since I wanted to go for a wedding and was not able to get any other rooms nearby. It was unpleasant experience also kindly remove their name from your booking site, since they don't accept the bookings done from your site.

Service could have been a little more better.we asked for a bottle of water but we didn't get it. Staff was not that friendly.

i didn’t stayed there because the amount showed in your app is different the hotel manger told they cannot allow as to stay at this amount the amount was night that showed in your app

Property was more than expected.. Neat.. Clean.. Good rooms n awesome toilets.. And the mattress and pillows was too good.. Not cheap spring mattresses which are commonly found in most of the properties.. And obviously mattress n pillows plays a damn great role ... Unlimited drinking water available in floors... Hospitality was great.. Friendly staffs... Damn worth for the price.. Best budget friendly one in the town.. Highly recommended...
