We were overcharged by the hotel $500 dollars because they said they found ash in the room on the desk. No one in our party smokes cigarettes and smoking was never done inside our room. They have yet to provide us photos of the "ash" they found and we were told by "Lucy" the hotel manager that the room had ne smell of smoke. We are in current dispute with our credit card company i hopes to have this unlawful charge overturned.

We stayed at this property for three nights in June. It is a very nice condo located in “The Atlantic” hotel. I have only positive things to say about our stay. This unit itself is top-notch. It is on the 14th floor facing out on the ocean and overlooking the pool (which is on the 5th floor). The ocean view is spectacular. It is an easy 5-minute trip from the room to the beach. The Atlantic is located in a prime location with many nice restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. We didn’t rent a car and we didn’t need one. This unit has two very comfortable queen beds, a nice sized TV, nice double sink vanity and a separate shower and tub. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There was also a closet full of beach toys, sun screen and other fun surprises. The property is managed by the Atlantic Hotel. They handle check-in, and provide the services. If you book this property, know that you will pay a daily resort fee and a cleaning fee in addition to the VRBO costs, but this gets you all the resort amenities including pool and beach towels, beach chairs, pool access, fitness center facilities, bottled water, and more. The property owners were great to deal with and provided good communications throughout the process. In my opinion this property is an outstanding deal even with the resort fees, and we would definitely book it again.

Our room was spacious and very clean! The view from our balcony was exceptional! The pool and hot tub were perfect! Would highly recommend Mary & Gus’ place!!

We loved the accommodations! The view was spectacular. We saw the sun rise from our room each morning. The hotel in itself is very hospitable and the restaurant is delicious. We ate at least one brunch, dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were friendly. We will definitely come back and stay.

Everything from checking in to leaving was wonderful and the restaurant. Wild time was amazing too. Will stay there again definitely

We had the nicest view and best location that I can honestly say. The coffee shops, and free rides, restaurants and Beech all in your view just ask yourself what do you want yo do. As long as i’ve been coming to Ft. Lauderdale this is nicer location than Marriot Harbor Beech Resort. We had the best time ever thank you
