Everything within walking distance they had a McDonald’s across the street about 2 1/2 miles was where all the party town is

The parking was insane. The tenants not visitors. I think that these are people who live there have literally trash the hotel allowed her kids to run up and down the hallways all night long until they pass out. They’re outside all night long partying and they just leave trash everywhere for the staff to pick up. It’s terrible. They really make the place look junky and run down, it could be a nice place. The location is great but the people that they let stay there are awful awful awful and they’re dirty and they are just an experience when you get there.

The place was nothing like the pictures or other people’s descriptions. We’ve stayed many places based on the info here and they were fine. This place was unpleasant at best. Only the front attendant was nice

Everything was sub par

The location is pretty good and a short walk from the very north Water Taxi Point. There are some restaurants and stores nearby as well. The room itself was fairly clean and well maintained, if you have applicable expectations and do not look too closely. The staff was not bad, but some were not so good. The Jamaican girl at the desk was very nice and I was glas to deal with her vs the other staff I met, who seemed depressed and not so nice.

The room was clean on the surface, but the sheets had light stains and all the corners were dirty. We found two roaches during our stay and there was a bit of an unclean smell, but it was not terrible... The exterior is very rough. The lobby is all bt barren and neglected. The building itself just needs some deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. It felt like an okay place in somewhat of a bad neighborhood, but the actual neighborhood was fine. The pool and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. While my expectations were not too high because this was on the very cheap end for the area, the price was still about double what I would pay for this location/property. I would call this a sub-"motel 6" type of place, so maybe a $35-40/night value.

I must say the only two things I liked was the location and the gentleman that checked us in which was in the evening time .

The roachs !!!! I can deal old furniture and even poor customer service but with roaches ??? That’s a big no no !!!

Nothing people hanging outside your rooms at night if u have a big vehicle u have to get back to your room early for parking compact car only fits in parking behind the building

It is conveniently located close to the beach

The room hvac was not cooling, and there were small roaches in the room. When asking to move, we were told this was the best room they had.

The hotel manager at this facility is one of the worst human beings you would ever come in contact with. She's very inconsiderate and disgusting. Do not stay at this hotel.

Maintenance/construction in rooms above us was unsettling. The workers continued to make noise at all house and it was not a relaxing stay.

this is my 3rd I’m there and the first time I’m so disappointed I liked before because was very nice, clean , quiet not now

to many cucarachas, noisy, one night someone nooks at my door yelling and not answering other night fights

We were placed right in front of the elevator and there was a party using it all night, one night. A sissyfest.

The location was perfect. When we arrived we noticed the AC was not working and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We requested to be moved to another room and at first we were denied. My spouse complained and within an hour we were moved to another room. Things went smoothly after that.

The front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. She refused to move us, despite a broken AC, and only did so when her manager approved the move.

The staff was wonderful! We felt very comfortable the whole stay. Nice comfy beds and pillows, excellent location, nice pool!

The toilet was very gross, needs replaced. And the shower curtain had mold, but that’s really the only complaints!
