Extremely clean and well maintained property.

I was here with 2 other family members and we all agreed that this condo was great! It was very clean, the decor was beautifully done and the living room windows are gorgeous! The kitchen was very up to date, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! It was so close to the Fall River, which runs right thru Hot Springs. We walked along the river daily. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Also, Wendee responded to any questions immediately. All good!

Condo was as advertised, we had no problem with stairs, but could see people with knee issues would. We used rear entrance with easier stairs due to street construction. Lynn’s Dakotamart was very well stocked for groceries, Being from south Louisiana we cooked all of our meals at the condo. Wendee, the owner was very easy to contact & very attentive to our needs. Will definitely suggest this condo to others!! Thanks Wendee & Reese

This apartment was fantastic, it is located in a small quiet town away from all of the the rush. Clean and quiet with great hosts that were very informative. Highly recommend this for a small family or couples. One week is not enough to enjoy everything that this area has to offer and this apartment would be the perfect place to stay as long as you needed!!!

This was a great property - historical building, great views, and centrally located in town. The apartment was better than the photos, and VERY spacious. The only thing that could *maybe* be improved (and it’s more my preference) would be a mattress topper for added softness to the mattresses. Again, just my preference more than anything. Other than that, this was one of our best VRBO stays in years.

Nice comfortable stay in Hot Springs
Check-in was easy and the host provided detailed helpful instructions ahead of time.
Location is convenient to the main parts of town, much is within easy walking distance.
Enjoyed the open living space and full kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable.
The stairs from the street are rather steep.

We stayed three nights and wish we would have stayed a few more. Great space to relax, use as a home base for our day trips, and excellent communication with the hosts We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The condo was OUTSTANDING. Wendee was a great host and helped us with a few suggestions for local dining. While we out most of each day on hikes and drives we always appreciated coming back to a relaxing place to have a drink in the evening.

Wendee and Reece have done a great job making this property feel like a home away from home. They were very helpful with details about local things to do including an awesome location to do a little rock hunting at a remote agate bed. We had an awesome trip and would not have been as good without their assistance and their beautiful property. If ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious condo with great amenities
Thankfully the Hot Springs condo was just as advertised. We used the kitchen every day after a week of traveling, used the washer & dryer to do laundry after numerous hikes, relaxed in the spacious living room, and could walk to several new restaurants and ice cream shops. This is the place to stay in Hot Springs, especially during Covid.

Wendee and Reece have done a great job making this property feel like a home away from home. They were very helpful with details about local things to do including an awesome location to do a little rock hunting at a remote agate bed. We had an awesome trip and would not have been as good without their assistance and their beautiful property. If ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Aside from the stairway access, this property looks and feels just as comfortable as the photo suggests. The craftsmanship and materials are top-notch in fit and finish. The oak is quite genuine and heavy. the amenities were fully adequate and of high quality (except for the worn-out frying pan) and my wife and I were so very happy to be encamped in an environment so very superior to the local hotels, for not much more money. Hidden gem in Hot Springs
This condo was spacious enough for our family to really relax during our downtime. The oversized windows provide a great view of the historical buildings across the street. Only an hour from Rapid City and the Grand Canyon. Very close to Wind Cave National Park, where you can see some amazing wildlife. Highly recommend!

Quiet town, close to everything.
The property is situated in the middle of everything. My wife and I went to everything we could and the furthest we drove was 2.5 hours away to Devils Tower. You’re an hour from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse monuments. Everything was clean when we arrived, we had excellent communication with the property owner. There are restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance from you.

Great stay off the beaten path
We had a great stay in the quaint town of Hot Springs. The suite was as described and quite spacious for 3-4 adults. Wendee was very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful base for exploring Wind Cave, Mt Rushmore & Badlands NP
Loved our visit to this spacious townhome. Great room has comfy plentiful seating, tall windows with lots of light & high ceilings. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms with lots of hot water. Back deck was nice in mornings & evenings. Very nice to have washer & dryer. Kitchen had all you needed, including some extras like seasonings, coffee filters & sugar. The front entrance steps are beautiful but they are steep...we used the back steps in the gated courtyard to park & enter. You can tell a lot of thoughtfulness has gone in this home. We loved exploring the area...don’t miss Cascade Falls (thanks for that Wendee!). Communication was always prompt & clear. We hope to be back to this beautiful area & would stay here again .

Hot Springs SD stay
Our experience was great. The property was as advertised and Wendee was very helpful. It was an easy drive to Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore. We enjoyed our time at this property and would recommend it.

Great stay for work trip
My coworker and I rented Wendee’s place for our work trip that was 2 weeks long rather than getting hotel rooms. It was perfect and it was so nice to be able to cook and relax in your own space. The deck is nice as well. Wendee made the check in process easy and was very responsive throughout the stay!

Road trip from IL to SD
Highly recommend, great layout. We were 2 couples & the layout worked great. Quiet relaxing town. The unit has high ceilings with beautiful windows that provided lots of light. After sun goes down, enjoying a glass of wine on the back porch is so nice. Thanks for your hospitality! The Blahetka’s from IL

HAad to find a nice place like this in Hot Springs. It's not a tourist town, and we hope it stays that way. A few more food options would be nice though, plan on cooking in sometimes. Wendee is super nice and helpful.

Spacious light filled apartment!
Was a very comfortable, modern, clean space with high ceilings and old world charm. The hosts were great! We would return again. We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Didn’t realize Moccasin Springs spa wasn’t open on Mon and Tue so we missed it. FYI this property has a lot of stairs to reach this second floor suite.
