An amazing property for the price. Staff was attentive. Hotel was very clean.

If you’re thinking about booking this hotel - DON’T! Our sheets, pillows and comforters were covered in stains. We told the front desk and were moved to a different room. It had the same problem plus the fridge didn’t work. We told the front desk. A man in flip flops and shorts smelling of beer and cigarettes came to the room to replace the sheets and comforters. Those were also covered in stains. We left. Never stayed for the two nights I booked for our family. Refund was DENIED.

The outside of the property was unkept, needed weeded or mowed. The shower and shower curtain were water stained. Cob webs in the room. Breakfast was cold, heating units were not turned on by staff. I will not recommend the hotel

We checked in on Wednesday afternoon the 21st of August and our toilet kept running. I told the front desk on Thursday a.m. about it and said we were in rm 111. When we checked out Saturday the 24th nobody had looked at it or fixed it. Our fitted sheet on the bed had no elastic on it and kept coming off at night, found myself laying on the mattress all night. The sidewalks outside were overgrown with weeds and looked horrible. Everytime the air conditioner kicked in it was super noisy. Hotel needs some SUPER attention aand fixing. I am or was a Wyndham member and pretty disappointed with this unit...needs help!

bathroom corners need cleaned, hallway needed vaccum,bed way too soft and needed a fresh smell but breakfast was fine , and hot tub jets needed fixed otherwise ok

It was so dirty we left immediately after seeing the rooms. There was blood and other stains on the sheets in several rooms, smelled of cigarette smoke, bugs and hair in the beds, brown tubs, mold on the toilet, and broken doors. We were also told the front desk was unable to give us a refund and in order to make a request we had to email a generic email address.

Room was dirty with dirty towels. There was a trash can jammed under the sink to catch water that was almost full that smelled absolutely terrible and made the entire room smell. There were dirty rags left in the shower and the shower curtain was extremely gross as well.

When we arrived we recieved a passcode for our room. It was the room number plus a 0. Easily guessable to anyone staying at the hotel. It was literally the room number. Not only was the passcode easy to guess, we found out the door lock didnt even lock at all! There was no safety for our room. The window had no screen and did not lock and was large enough for someone to break in. We had to stay at our hotel for fear of our items being stolen. The room was incredibly dirty. The toilet seat had brown crust. The tub had debris. The towels were tattered and stained. The room smelled and the carpet was disgusting everywhere in the hotel. The plugs had layers of dust that have never been cleaned. The pillows were for some reason were mashed up into hard uncomfortable balls. The sheets were disgusting. They sent us an email before hand saying please dont leave a bad review which didnt click with me at the time because they were trying to be accomadating, but the state of the hotel shows that they arent willing to care for their guests by keeping it atleast at minimum ok to stay in. No accomadations will make up for the horrible state of the hotel. If they really cared they would do better. I should have read the reviews before but expedia did not show them to me. I saw reviews about staff stealing from guests and lack of cleanliness. I wish we would have chosen somewhere else. The room made me feel sick.

Place was overall dirty and a dump in an old hotel

The attendant walked into my room before checkout time while I was getting in the shower. Very disrespectful

Shower curtain was dirty. The carpet had MANY visible stains.

Towels stained, white pillowcases were a yellowish color. TV was on when we entered the room which I thought was rather strange but then found out that we couldn't shut the TV off. No wonder it was on....sink was slow to drain. Fixtures and tub were showing their age. Weeds growing through the concrete and weeds in landscaping by the sign. I guess you get what you pay for.

Could have been a little cleaner.

This place seemed very not well cared for. Our room was obviously not cleaned well before we got there. Dirty bedding, urine stains on the mattress, filthy sofa, dirty and stained floor, moldy shower curtain, food crumbs everywhere, greasy residue on the tables. I even found an old fingernail. The heat lamp in the bathroom was broken. The towels were clean but extremely stained and worn. I said at least I get to take a nice shower and the water was warm at best. I would never stay here again.

Very dirty. Air barely worked all in all it was the worst motel stay we have ever had we will never book a room in one of your properties

It was a good place to stop and sleep for a night however I would not choose to go back since there is nothing around and it did not feel very clean inside the room. There needed some upkeep in the carpets because they were gross.

Rooms were dirty things were broke. Had issues with one of our rooms getting canceled for no reason. Had to share a room! Would not recommend staying here!

The room smelled so bad we had to leave and forfeit the cost for the night. Garbage ripped open outside of property. Dirty towels rehung. Stains and terrible smells throughout the room.

Floors were sticky/nasty in rooms and hallways. Bathroom stool ran constantly and very dirty. Even my grandson didn’t want to go in the bathroom or take a shower. Front Desk staff was very rude.

It was fine for the night. Totally got the job done. I noted the bathroom was small, didn’t have a sink, but one just outside the bathroom, in the opening area of the rooms. WiFi was terribly slow, outside was noisy at night.

The bathtub didn't drain and it appears that it's been an ongoing problem because the shower curtain was stained several inches up. This was also disturbing, because that means they aren't changing the shower curtain between tenants.

Was a great place to stop for the night.
