Upon our arrival we found the property to be clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. You could get to Convention center with a 15 minute walk and could also make the walk to Disney. The Disney walk is probably closer to 35 minutes, but doable. If not, the car ride was 4 minutes. There was plenty of communication before check-in and Check-in was seamless. I had read some previous comments about the showers and heat of water. The 1 bathroom just needed a screw tightened on the water temp knob and worked perfectly and the other bathrooms gave us zero issues. We would have no issues staying at this property and/or recommending the property to someone else if they are traveling to Anaheim.

There were several things that we were really disappointed with about the home. After a long day at Disney I came home to no hot water and then went to climb into bed and it felt like an air mattress. Mattresses in all rooms need to be replaced. The shower also had a broken handle so the handheld was not working. The house is older and in need of some maintenance. Our friends who stayed in the other master bedroom found sunglasses in the bed sheets which made us think that the sheets were NOT changed. (They ask guests to not strip bedding at check out) They also had a handful of older and larger spider webs in that room. The water is either cold or hot. There is no in between. It’s a little too far to walk to Disney so if you are expecting to walk just know it’ll be almost 2 miles. We would not stay here again and would choose another house/location. The home did not justify the price. Also something to know is you share a driveway entrance with another home that has multiple cars and jet skis.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to Disneyland. Was a great place to stay with a large family while vacationing. The pool was awesome and we used the grill to BBQ. Was a great place to stay for weeklong family vacation to Disneyland and some beaches nearby.

The house smelled very clean upon arrival and met all my requirements necessary for my families stay. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. We would recommend this property to any family traveling to Anaheim.

Very pleased with this rental. It was just as described, clean, and conveniently located to Disneyland. Communication with the rental company was easy and efficient. We felt very at home during our stay and would book here again.

I brought my girl scout troop to Anaheim for a Disneyland and CA Adventure trip. We wanted a house to stay in to keep the cost down from a hotel. This was big enough for our group. The house was nice and pretty clean. Fairly close to the theme parks (about 20-30 minute walk). Only downside was that the third bathroom (non master bathroom) didn't have a true shower, just a handheld shower head. That would have been fine for a family with younger kids that take baths, not so great for teens. We made it work with the other two showers but thought we'd have three showers to split between 5 teens and 3 (non-related) adults. Other than that, the house fit our needs and budget nicely! We were happy with our vacation rental!

We really like this house tho didn't spend a lot of time there . We were at Disneyland most of the time. The accomodations are nice and the pool is fun. We enjoyed our stay. The boat parked next door was tricky to get around when backing out... tho we did it!!

House was perfect for a large family short drive to Disneyland

It had everything we needed and was perfect for our family! We would have liked some lounging chairs in the backyard for the pool, but other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

The Anaheim California Vacation House was a good rental property close to the convention center - we were there for a work event and it was nice to be able to walk back and forth easily from the convention center.

The layout of the house is great for large groups and families and the pool is great. Kitchen and living areas are spacious and the house felt very clean. Neighborhood was mostly quiet. Everybody I was in communication with from the property management team was friendly and responsive. The booking, check in and check out process was easy and efficient. It was an easy walk to the Anaheim convention center. But to be honest the house is overall a bit run down and I felt it was a somewhat overpriced for what we got. The water never got hot in one of the master bedroom showers and was either ice cold or scorching hot in the other master bedroom shower with no way to make it a reasonable temperature even when adjusting the knob. Anytime anyone showered in the stand alone bathroom the pipes screeched super loudly throughout the entire house, which woke me up one morning when one person showered extra early. All of the beds were very creaky and noisy, although the mattresses were extremely comfortable so that was nice at least. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint; everything just looked a bit run down and dingy. The house is old and definitely looks like it could use some fixing up. Overall our stay was decent and satisfactory, and there was no one issue that I felt was completely unacceptable or anything but after adding up all the minor issues we had I don't think I would book this particular house again.

This home can handle your group for a nice stay in Anaheim and very close to Disneyland. Home is close to many local attractions with quick access to local highways and interstates.

My family (7 of us total) came to Anaheim from Iowa to visit Disneyland and explore California. The house layout was perfect for us and so was the location especially for Disneyland. We had plenty of bathrooms for people to get ready and enjoyed the ability to prepare some of our own meals.

Cute property with nice updates. Plenty of room for everyone. Awesome proximity to Disneyland if you are going. Check in/out was a breeze and communication with the property management team was easy. Would recommend.

It is a nice house. It has everything you may need. It a 35 mins walking distance to Disneyland. Convinience stores, gas station, etc are close by. Cleaning staff is not very thorough. We found trash and other guests stuff under the beds and furniture. Overall 3.8

The home did suit our needs but a deep cleaning would be great. Ceiling fans and lights have tons of thick dust on them. The pool has a bad tree that loads up the swimming pool with debris. Had to skim the pool before every use.

Everything was pretty much as advertised, but what was unacceptable was that the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black almost immediately from walking around inside the house. We are VRBO hosts, we would have preferred have the basics of salt, pepper, toilet paper and garbage bags. The pool was wonderful as we took a break from Disneyland mid-day.

We all loved the house. It had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have been able to go outside more. We work nights. Otherwise perfect! Thank you

We love the house and everything else. The house was in quite neighborhood and 5 mins drive to Disneyland we love it. we watched firework from Disneyland at front of the house one night. we did not get to spend time in the backyard or pool since we were at Disneyland the whole trip. the house was very clean during our stay. Our 5 years old niece love Micky Mouse bed and adult like their room as well. The house was close to grocery store and restaurants only 2 minutes drive. it was very convenient. The house was at good location. Happy with our stay. thank you

Three things I expect a vacation rental to be and that’s clean, comfortable, and functional. This house mostly fell short. And quite honestly our entire group agreed that this was the most disappointing vacation rental any of us have stayed in. I am baffled by the 4/5 star reviews! PROS: Short drive or Uber to Disney, quiet/safe neighborhood, nice outdoor patio/pool/play area, heated pool, big game room, spare towels/blankets, laundry/dish detergent, roomy house for large group. CONS: Broken oven (not informed before booking), dirty outdoor grill, not enough essentials (trash bags, toilet paper/paper towels, etc.), loose/popping outlets…we were running 2 kitchen appliances and the breaker tripped! The first morning the kitchen sink clogged when nothing unusual was rinsed in the disposal. We had to plunge the sink. Dirty/grimy floor (our feet were black!), no cleaning supplies, no broom, musty smell in kitchen/laundry room, moldy/rusty washer, discolored water in guest bathtub. EXTREMELY loud alarms on back doors EVERY time you go in or out (have to push bypass every entry). Law requires one safety barrier for pools…a self-locking pool fence would be more convenient for guests. A/C won’t cool below 73…house felt humid and warm! This house really needs renovating. I contacted MGMT day 1 about the oven and breaker tripping, I didn’t have time to contact them on all issues. This house was 100% a thumbs down for us.

We were in town for a conference and this was a perfect location. Quiet, clean and only 15 minute walk to the Anaheim Conference Center.
