I can't say enough about how fantastic our stay was. We visit California at least once a year. We've stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals. The one we stayed in during our last visit was booked, so we picked this one. This one is our new favorite. It is small, but so cozy. It was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. But the location is what makes it top notch. You just can't beat being right on the beach. I could look out at the beach while making breakfast. We listened to the surf while playing board games. We watched the sunset every night. It is a quick walk to the pier. We also appreciated Jimmy meeting us on arrival to show us around. It was a nice welcome. There is zero doubt we'll stay here again on future trips.

We had a great time staying at this property. The apartment was clean and came complete with amenities like Keurig coffee maker. The check in process was easy. Owner Jimmy came to meet us and showed us the property at check in. We will definitely stay here again.

Great beach location walking distance to pier

The owner,Jimmy, was very friendly. Met us and gave a quick tour of the condo. We had a nice relaxing stay. Location is great for walking just about anywhere. We usually stay in Hermosa beach. Jimmy said he would win us over and he did. We will be back again. We like to have beach getaways 3-4 times a year. The condo is FULLY stocked. He even had biscotti biscuits to go with our morning coffee that he supplied as well. And when we couldn’t get the football playoff game he said “come to Rock and brews and I’ll buy you dinner and watch the game”. He definitely went above and beyond for us. Thanks for a worry free stay.

This is our second stay at this property and we weren’t disappointed this time either. Jimmy and Marissa make us feel valued as their guest. The place is well kept and well appointed with everything we need and then some. Their place works out perfectly for us because it is only a few blocks away from our daughter and about the same distance to the Pier for restaurants and shops. The view from their balcony of the ocean and beach is spectacular. The place is a true gem and you need to look no further when your travels take you to SoCal. We love it there and plan to return in the future.

This property is fantastic.It's in a great location with a beautiful view. The apartment and patio have everything you need. Jimmy was wonderful with communicating, very responsive, and even met us upon our arrival to let us in the garage, show us where to park, and gave us a tour of where everything was. We will be back!

Location Location! …and wonderful owners, you can’t ask for more. We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront beauty. A perfect little getaway for my husband and I, we also celebrated a milestone birthday with my Dad who lives nearby. We had the tiniest little hiccup but Jimmy was on top of everything immediately and even gifted us dinner for the inconvenience. There is everything you could ever need, we had cocktails on the balcony with dad and I made a charcuterie tray using the great serve ware provided. There is a stocked kitchen and spices and condiments available. And the bed is SO comfy! We walked on the beach every night, to the pier and just a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Riviera villages with restaurants and shopping. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back! Thank you again to Jimmy and Marisa, super hosts!

3rd time’s a charm … and actually the first and second times too! This was our 3rd stay at Jimmy & Marisa’s beach cottage apartment and we so enjoy it. From the warm & easy welcome to the preferred parking space to the well-stocked kitchen to the whimsical (but not overdone) decor to the huge balcony to the comfy bed to the… I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, we’ll be back - as we have been. Thank you!

I really enjoy my stay. The owners are very nice and real helpful and thoughtful and when I have more I do go back to Cali that’s going to be where I stay because they help my girlfriend surprise me with birthday balloons and a basket with different liquor. I really enjoyed my 40th birthday. Thank you all again but I do recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place. He met us at the place and showed us everything. It’s so cute and the view is amazing. The condo came with all the essentials and then some. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place to others.

Jimmy’s place on the beach is perfection. Cute, spacious for my husband and me, well-kept with every amenity and more for what you need for a great stay. He is a gracious welcome host and has thought of everything like beach chairs and an umbrella, plentiful towels, kitchen items and lots of go-withs to easily cook or just make a sandwich. The parking spot is an amenity for the area that has to be rated A+. Our stay was quiet but with lots to see and do.

This is our second stay at this VRBO. First and foremost, the condo was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. The real showstopper was the patio that overlooked the beach. I spent countless hours basking in the sun, enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The host (Jimmy and Marisa) provided exceptional customer service, making this stay unforgettable. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and accommodating from the moment of booking. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was flawless. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experiences, and their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like an honored guest throughout my stay. My girlfriend and our dog absolutely adored every aspect of our vacation. The proximity to the beach meant that we could take leisurely walks along the shoreline whenever we pleased. My dog was in heaven, and I could hardly tear my girlfriend away from the mesmerizing ocean view. We will be back again and again!

Great location to the beach and pier. This was our second visit. The unit was clean and comfortable. Very well appointed and kitchen had everything you need. The patio had comfy furniture and everything you need for the beach with great views. What we didn't like was opened food/jars/bottles left in the refrigerator that we went through and cleaned out, it felt unsanitary to use, before stocking our own groceries. We did fight with the resident ants a bit but the owner did what he could while we were there to help get rid of them, I am sure he took care of them after we left. The shelves and cabinets in the bathroom were full of products left from other visitors so we had very little space to unpack our own bathroom items. Small inconveniences and we made it work. Cute little place, and we will likely return.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this apartment in Redondo beach. The location cannot be bettered - we loved spending time on the balcony, watching people come and go from the beach, occasionally taking the short walk down ourselves. This apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - we loved the decor and the hosts have definitely given a lot of thought to the 'little' things that really made us as visitors comfortable - for example, frozen beer glasses ready to go, a couple of bikes to use, lots of stuff for the beach, lovely cosy blankets for nights on the balcony. I can't think of anything that was missing for our stay - would definitely recommend!

We stay at Jimmy & Marisa’s property every summer. The location is perfect for access to the beach, and the views from the patio are spectacular! You’re guaranteed to see dolphins, sailboats, and fabulous sunsets! Check in with Jimmy is personable and convenient, he really cares and it shows! The property has all the little extras to make your stay comfortable and memorable. There are also many restaurants and bars within walking distance. This was our 3rd stay, this unit is just the best. The location is perfect, the parking is easy, the hosts are so easy to work with. My family loves this place and literally thinks it’s our own place. There is not one thing you will need that isn’t stocked. Pack your toothbrush and enjoy the beach. I’m a rental snob and this place exceeds all my expectations.

Jimmy and Marisa are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond for us. Parking was very easy and close to the unit. The location is fabulous: ocean to the left, a park to the right. We spent hours watching all sorts of people and dogs going by having a great time. The unit was very comfortable and well-stocked. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we might return :-)

Marisa and Jimmy were great hosts. Jimmy greeted us at check in and kindly walked through all the cottage amenities and neighborhood activities. We felt very welcomed right away. The cottage is super cozy, clean and very spacious for three people plus two medium dogs. They had treats for the dogs and adults too! the view to the beach is gorgeous! We were able to spot soup bins catching waves, boats and sunset from the balcony. It’s located near the pier which has great sea food restaurants. Overall we are in awe with the experience and great hosts. Thank you Marisa and Jimmy, we had THE BEST time :)
